i have a friend who was still born and i know i read it somewhere before but when doing a natal chart do you

(a) take it from the time of birth

or

(b) take it from the moment of first breath

there was half an hour in between and it does affect the rising sign so your guidence would help..................................

My mother always tells of how I didn't breath for a couple of minutes after I was born and the Doctor had to spank me a few times until I did.
I have a birth mark on my buttocks and she says the Doctor spanked me too hard.

Do you think it would be worth to make a verification of my birth time?

It would have to be about 10:08 AM for your rising to be Pisces. If it were just a few minutes, then you still have Aquarius rising.
