I talked to you rencently about moving with a friend of mine. My friend's boss might be moving to modesto this year but does not want to leave her apartment and she said she would sublet us the house. Does this look good or bad. She said she would be gone for about year or two. She has a house in modesto and was offered a job and I think she might take it.
Does this look good in the future for us or is it a mistake?
