When you have time would you please tell me when the precise time for this festival this year is? I will not be able to travel to Nepal (I truly wished I could) but I still would like to try during these special 8 minutes to "participate". Also dear Dave can you give me a suggestion on how to do this "properly". Should I light a candle or imagine White Light, or should I just look at the moon? I don't even know how the moon at that time will be in Vienna. Sorry that I sound unknowledgeable I just have the urge to be in touch with this heaventy event

It is always at the Full Moon in Taurus which this year is May 7, 2001 at 13:54 GMT. As for how to the alignment, I really do not have any Ray 7 this time around, and do not meditate that much - the problem is that if I did, too much would come through - as it is I have way too much to work on!

I do not have much of Ray 7 in this life (and for what I am to do it is not necessary), and because of that I simply do pay much attention to ritual. I did when I was a teenager, but beyond that...

Yes, concentrating on the Moon during that time will be all that you will have to do. I suspect that there is a mantrum and ritual for it, but I do not have access to it. The reason why I suspect that is that I know there is one for the Gemini Full Moon in which I participated at a conference last year (and it was really neat), but I do not have the words, etc. There will be another conference in June at the Full Moon, and I have emailed the person who organizes it for some material on it so that I can post it on the site.
