Hello. I posted a question for Dave, but it seems that romance is under the Lovers' Garden already.

I met with an old boyfriend in Orlando, FL last Nov. 8 and spent the next few days (until the 11th) with him. He says his feelings for me have not changed, and since he knows I want to stay in the States permanently in the future, he even offered marriage.

I don't have exact details of his birth. He was born Nov. 7, 1970 in Manila, Philippines. Can you share some insights into his personality and let me know if he is being sincere.

Also, please share what you see in my lovelife. There's been nothing serious for a long time now.

In this case the Moon is important, as while it is in Aquarius, the degree cannot be determined accurately, and there is a good possibility that Uranus will be conjuncting the Moon sometime within the next year - and that will make him very very unpredictable.

Without the time, looking at his personality is really not possible...

As for the synastry, there is not much there - a semi-square between Venus and Pluto, which would indicate that the two of you have known each other in a previous life, but that is all there is - no real Saturn contacts nor any real inner planet chemistry. In other words, your instincts were right.

Right now, there is not much going on in your chart either positively or negatively for romance, so it is up to you. Now, in 2001 and 2002 Pluto will be squaring your descendant and conjuncting your Moon, so at that point you will be undergoing some major changes in how you feel and look at relationships...

I have rather strong feelings, however, for another friend of mine. I don't know his birth time either, but I would really appreciate your insights, no matter how general. He was born in Manila, Phils. on Sept. 23, 1972.
