Really interesting that you would put it that way, Peggy. I had the same feeling within the book itself ... in some parts (especially where he exposes the Enron corruption and the various oil scams and other abuses of power that are gaining much attention now) he came across as very much the fearless spokesperson for Truth, but in others, he seemed to lapse into ... yeah, more the role of a good stand-up comic doing a good political satire routine, still very interesting and informative but without that fire of commitment and championing the truth.
Well, I suppose we should allow the guy to be human!
He's certainly brought some much needed awareness to the table.
Aries, there are indeed some revelations in Cathy's book that will make your stomach turn, and it's not the easiest thing to read for that reason. But as I've mentioned before, her own attitude toward her experiences is so remarkable healthy and free from bitterness that it makes it easier than it would otherwise be ... in my opinion an ideal way to learn about some things that we really NEED to know, that would otherwise be very difficult to look squarely at. I think it's well worth reading.
Love,
Greg
