Hi, I'm very afraid of reality shifts. Last week everything looked bright, met interesting people, news from old friends, friendly forums, and these last two or three days, everything feel cold and silent. What's happening? On the bright side, I'm glad this forum still exists!

Hi selkie, so am I! Been through lots of changes, but I think one of the keys is rolling with the punches when things have their natural ups and downs. It's very easy to freak when there are mood changes or when energy rises and falls, but often times it doesn't mean anything more than the natural cycles of change that we really don't need to "react" to in any special way. For the most part, when the tide goes out, it'll come back in again in due course. Haven't seen you post before ... are you a new member or an old one with a new name? Either way, welcome! Love, Greg

hi selkie, welcome to the site, I have to tell you Ive noticed all this lately also. I think the full moon,as well as where and how the transiting sun/merc/mars was falling in the charts may have a bit to do with things.ALL that, and whats going on in the world Some people are in a very "bad way" this past week!

First time I post here, although I registered a while ago, just for the sake of it apparently Let's hope it's a tide, and not a slide into an alternate reality... Thank you both for the welcome. This transit/new moon info may be an explanation hopefully.

Shift happens. Fear arises because of uncertainty of where that shift will take us. It's like we're in a little sail boat and all the waves hitting us are all the shifts we go through. As long as our sails are up in the right position, we can let the wind take us through all those shifts right to our destination. More fear arises if we don't know where we're going. If we can release the fear, as well as the destination, then we can we can just joyride, allowing ourselves to be in the NOW of the wind. When we're in the wind of the NOW, we can cut right through the bumps (shifts) of the waves. That is known to sailors and joyriders everywhere as smooth sailing. Our fears are the anchors we've cast into the water that keep the wind from moving us. When you're anchored in one place, the waves can rip your boat apart, but when you're free to move with the wind, the seas can be navigated, no matter how tempestuous.

Nice reassuring metaphor White Feather, I can sail but I prefer to head somewhere, not happy in the NOW/HERE, NOWHERE. South West Tinkerbell...

You want to find your somewhere in nowhere? may I ask where you are looking?? As one thing I have learned in life, "is that everytime I go where I really want to go its already where I am. Cause I am already there!" Quote taken from the song "Sugar" written by System of A Down
