Can anyone give me some info?? My boyfriend is a Capricorn, and I'm an Aquarius. I was just wondering how well our signs and other stuff mix. If someone could help me out a little, I'd really appreciate it!!

Without even doing a natal chart, I can tell you that Earth and Air are a bad match; however, if you are getting along, then nothing else matters. Love overcomes all--even astrology! Peace to all.

once again I will disagree with that comment.In long term quality (after the novelties etc wear off) I will always believe
that our charts hold the truth.Love CAN overcome certain bad aspects but if the general charts are non-harmonious..nope..sorry.
Caps and Aqua are FAR too general..for example the Cap person may have much air in the chart..and if the Aqua person had a lot of Cap or other earth,..it would be GREAT. they are a side by side signs and will probably have each others anyway..I will look at it a bit later and give you a QUIK synastry, not a total one..they take very long.

Linda and Robert Brewer had the most harmonious chart she had ever seen, but their relationship was filled with sorrow and pain. It was tumultuous to say the least! If you (Aries) look at a natal chart to "decide" whether or not you will fall in Love or whether or not it will last, you will cost your S-elf Love in the first place (by not trying) or create a self-fulfilling prophecy by making it end by bringing up barriers. Love cannot be bottled, and it cannot be confined to a silly chart. If harmonious charts can turn into such a catastrophe as Linda and Robert's relationship, then a couple with NO positive aspects can stay in Love happily ever after. This is reverse polarity and Uni-versal Law. If astrology is as you say it is (more than just a guide and fatalistic in nature), then I am not a believer in astrology! Peace.

Hold the show!! While at first glance, Cap and Aqua are a bad match, but don't forget...they are both ruled by saturn. While saturn is the traditional ruler of aquarius (uranus came along in 1871) and cap is ruled by saturn...there is a link there. Although aqua's energy is very different from cap, the fact is that there is a side to aqua that is very conservative. They are both traditional and futuristic all at once. So other placements aside, these two energies can balance one another out nicely. I agree with aries that compatability can't be based on sun sign alone. Another thing,,,air blows winds over the earth and stirs up tornadoes, and all sorts of things...it may be just what old cappy needs!!!!

by the way...when i said that "they are both futuristic and traditional all at once" I was referring to aquarians. And I have to agree with death about love transcending all. If you love him, that is all that matters. The question of compatability and the question of love are two entirely different things.

OK I took a look at this and there is really NO aspects other than your Mars in Scorpio is an almost exact conjunction to his venus in Scorpio which is high passion/sex!! If you experience the "fire works" that this aspect brings, its my feeling its more a lust thing than love. Given your young age, that might be what you feel.
Even tho you have Moon in Taurus which is a trine to his Capricorn..the degrees is too far off to be a true trine. hence..no aspect.
One needs communication, mental compatability and mutual interests after the first stage of this thing called "love" wears off.. trust me, been there done that~!!..or there is really nothing to base "love" on. An Aquarian needs more than physical passion to keep things alive! You may be better off as friends, and if you are asking for advice..you might already know this.

I also must agree with you on the chart issue. Love is not confined to charts although our charts can make it easier for it to flow. Are there any books or anything you can recommend to learn more about these "Universal Laws"? They're so great and interesting!

It seems this whole thing is contradicting its self. Aries, and others say "let me look at the chart to judge" Death, and others say "Love can't be read in a silly chart". So how can any judgment from any chart help anyone? But then again I'm thinkin' that the chart is just like a map, used to navigate, but you can't see what is in the forest from the map or the traffic on the road. I cannot say for sure if my mind set is coming across clearly, I am being pulled between these things right now. I'm thinking that Saturn must have something to do with it, it's moving out of my sign right now and along with that comes change (so i read). I'm not sure if this is the right place to write this or what, but the thought came over me and i didn't want to lose it. Thanks for reading

yes..Saturn can be transforming as can Jupiter.It will make one "think" about things and at times require a change.This is ALL for growth tho
Im not entirely convinced on what Saturn is about in a chart,..ie: it being the teacher. still researching this one.

All I will say, is that Aquarians are ruled by change. I am a Taurus and I know Capricorns share a trait of stability with Taurus.

In general, I think Aquarians and Capricorns are very different. (now, I said, in GENERAL. no need for anyone to get offended).

Thanks so much to everyone for replying to my question!! I just love everyone's insightful and varied opinions!! To be honest, I'm not all that well versed with astrology yet, my mom (searching) introduced it to me a while ago. I know that on astrological charts, Kalem's sign and my sign aren't all that compatible. However, (as hard as it may be to believe) I think we TRULY love each other. When he's around me, he doesn't really seem like the statistical Capricorn, and lots of my friends say that we both act very different around each other (in a positive way). I must say Aries, that our relationship hasn't been sex, sex, sex, because of the mutual Scorpio . Actually, We've truthfully based our relationship on honesty to each other, kindness, and trust, among other things... I do love him very much. Thanx again everybody!!
