Dear Greg and everybody,

Today, early morning I heard on CNN that a Company named "Clonaid" announced that a cloned baby girl
had been born.

http://www.cnn.com/2002/HEALTH/12/27/human.cloning/index.html

Since I was very little I always tried not to get shock by anything, and to have an open mind.

But today when I heard the news about a cloned baby girl being born I felt fear. Then I said to myself, fear always come from ignorance.

I did a research on Internet, but apart from Scientific explanations, I couldn’t find much. And the site about the Company that did the cloning called “Clonaid” is not working.

I am sure highly evolved souls must already have dwelled upon this.

I am wondering about the Spiritual implications. I believe every soul chooses where and how to be born so,

Is cloning as simple as a soul choosing to be born as a clone to experience that way of life???

Thanks

Tish

Hi Tish,

That is very interesting. I have read Zecharia Sitchin's books and his last book The Lost Book of Enki actually describes the genetic manipulation and cloning of what is called "the Adam".

From what I gather, having read a lot of Cayce, a soul will choose to inhabit the body temple, as the souls did in the beginning, whether or not it was created by the natural coming together of two people or by test tube and then inserted into a human for birthing.

Hi Donna,

This is the first time I hear about the first earthlings being cloaned from an extraterrestrial.

Here is another link to the Clonaid
Company.

Hmmm ... from what I can gather, the scientific community seems to be saying "no way" that Clonaid could actually have produced a human clone. Only complete DNA testing can tell that for sure, and such testing hasn't been done yet, apparently.

Still, it's worth thinking about the implications ... in my view, if it hasn't happened yet it WILL happen sometime in the near future. In the entire history of mankind, there has NEVER to our knowledge been a technology that was not used! Laws or no laws, sooner or later humans will be cloned.

My own supposition is pretty much the same as Donna's ... I don't see any reason why a human soul could not choose to incarnate into a cloned body as well as any other, as long as it's biologically sound. I haven't really thought deeply about it though ... guess it's time to do so!

Love,
Greg

It's all about vibrational frequencies. Everything has them.

I heard on the news today that baby Eve and parents have arrived to USA to do the tests.

If I remember correctly, Dolly the cloned sheep strated developing health problems, like arthritis at a young age.

What if cloning is still not well developed and cloned humans started developing problems...

Would then again be as simple as a soul choosing to live in a cloned body and experience those problems????

Hi Tish,

I don't know, I'm not sure anyone has an answer to that question beyond speculation. Again my guess would be that a soul incarnating into an inherently flawed clone body would probably be the same as a soul uncarnating into a body with a crippling birth defect. What the reasons and lessons might be is hard to tell, but surely they are there.

What do you think?

Joe, I know everything has vibrational frequencies, but how exactly does that relate to this question? I didn't get the connection.

Love,
Greg

In case no one has heard what this "cult" is about..(the Raelians)..they practice group meditation, "free love", and as leader "Rael" said..they do NOT believe in the soul.

Info about this group can be searched online.

Hi Greg,

I guess I think the same as you, it would be like choosing a crippled nature birth body, and the lessons don't seem as difficult to imagine as some lessons we recieve in daily natural life.

What worries me is the possibility of experimenting in creating the "Super Model" or "the Super soldier", if that is possible, or just Science Fiction movies.
There was a movie I watched many years ago, about 12 children cloned of Hitler's DNA, but like I said above, maybe this is just movies, and impossible to do.

So far, there has been no scientific proof of the cloning.

Hi Aries, I didn't know that they don't believe in the Soul, and that belief changes how they and us look at things. I heard on CNN that they are aiming at living forever through cloning. But, would the Soul incarnate in the same body everytime it is cloned??? I wouldn't think so, I would think the Soul would want to experience different bodies and personalities

What do you think??

Tish

Greetings

From what I understand the child is still held in privacy as is her family. And that since the lawyer in Florida has already filed a suit accussing them of making an abused child, they wont be testing. Especially not in the USA.

I want to add that I read where this is approaching the technology of Atlantis, tho since our consciousness has evolved at the rate it recently has this time it will all work.

Some of what I read is that as we go thru 4D now, on to 5d, the grids are ready to take us to 9D. So the old die and rebirth physically may be at its end for some anyway.

Apparently the Florida lawyer is a player of holding onto old 3D polarity as it struggles to realease so at this time we may not find out what has really happened.

It is so wonderful to be on this Mother Earth at this time of rapid evolution. What Fun to watch the games play out.

hi Tish, ..well if they dont believe in the soul, I dont know what their ideas on that one would be..
Personally, I thought it a load of crap from the get go..and I see the journalist who was working on the story is now having his doubts.

Clone evaluator suspends work, says it may be hoax
Tuesday, January 7, 2003 Posted: 1:27 AM EST (0627 GMT)

NEW YORK (CNN) -- The science journalist who organized a team to evaluate claims of the birth of the first human clone has suspended his review and now says the announcement by Clonaid, a company tied to an unconventional religious sect, could be "part of an elaborate hoax."

Whatever Sells

Just when you think things aren't so bad,
That now's the time to be a Dad
And put some meaning in your life
And, in a small way, soothe the strife
That makes us feel so all alone,
They have to go and make a clone.

Or so they say. We can't conceive
That scientists who all believe
Some aliens from outer space
Breathed life into the human race,
From labs within their UFOs
Could go where no one boldly goes.

Is this the way new life begins?
Poor Baby Eve, conceived in sins
Too many to enumerate,
Will suffer just like Adam's mate
The stigma that's attached to those
Who undermine our godlike pose.

Much like her namesake, Eve makes clear
That virtue's just a sham veneer,
And lurking in the garden's weeds
Are demons that temptation feeds,
Emerging from the serpent's den
As breaking news on CNN.

Who needs a daughter, or a wife,
When you can buy eternal life?
So much for all the wise debate
Of stem-cell cures and beating fate.
Disease must wait when money talks:
Let's clone Ted Williams for the Sox!

Cult's cloning claim in doubt as DNA review is called off

By TU THANH HA

Tuesday, January 7, 2003 – Print Edition, Page A1

MONTREAL -- The Quebec-based cult that says it produced human clones saw its credibility shrivel yesterday when the science journalist who was supposed to oversee independent DNA tests called off the review process and suggested the whole story may be a publicity stunt.

Michael Guillen, a former science correspondent for ABC News, was supposed to line up DNA experts to corroborate the claims of Clonaid, a company started by the Raelians, a sect that believes in extraterrestrials.

"The team of scientists has had no access to the alleged family and therefore cannot verify firsthand the claim that a human baby has been cloned," a statement from Mr. Guillen said. "It's still entirely possible Clonaid's announcement is part of an elaborate hoax intended to bring publicity to the Raelian movement."

Mr. Guillen's announcement came as his own independence from the Raelians was put in doubt because, months earlier, he had approached several U.S. broadcasters offering exclusive coverage of the cloning.

Since her announcement Dec. 27 that her firm had produced humanity's first cloned infant, Clonaid chief executive Brigitte Boisselier has been making further claims while backing off her previous pledge to provide quick, independent DNA tests.

She is now saying that a second clone has been born, that three more are on the way and that she hopes to have clones born on every continent.

However, she was vague about DNA testing, citing fear that the cloned infants could be taken from their parents and a desire to protect their anonymity. (A Florida lawyer is asking the courts to appoint a legal custodian for the first baby, nicknamed Eve.)

"Until those tests are performed in a controlled and unbiased fashion, all we'll be left with is what we have now: opinion and speculation being passed off as fact," Mr. Guillen's statement said.

His statement was issued through a Manhattan media-relations firm that said he would not immediately grant interviews.

According to Clonaid's Web site, Ms. Boisselier is also a bishop of the Raelians, a sect headquartered outside Montreal and founded by former French auto-sports writer Claude Vorilhon, who now calls himself Rael.

Rael, who used to occupy local reporters only on slow news days, was on a global media blitz last week as he and Ms. Boisselier gave interviews to major broadcasters, explaining how cloning would benefit infertile couples.

In a pause after one TV interview, the cameras caught Rael whispering to Ms. Boisselier: "That was good. Too bad the last phrase didn't get in. We have to make folks cry. We have to make women, mothers, reach for their handkerchiefs."

A review of Clonaid's press releases shows that the firm has a history of making outlandish claims.

On Sept. 14, 2001, a press release quoted Rael as saying that "Phase 3" in the group's research program involved developing an accelerated growth process so that clones could grow into adulthood rapidly.

Clonaid did not reply yesterday to an interview request from The Globe and Mail. Company spokeswoman Nadine Gary told Agence France-Presse she wasn't aware of Mr. Guillen's decision.
