Hi Antique
Probably the reason you're not getting definite answers to this question is that no one has followed Linda's cell-regeneration methods explicitly for any length of time. In the conversations I can remember us having here, I think that's the case.
For myself, I never adopted Linda's methods in the form she presented them, because I was already practicing cell regeneration using a different discipline - T'ai Chi - before Linda's Star Signs came out!
Although the specific practices vary, the overall theory is pretty similar to Linda's, and I agree with most of what she said about it ... although I do not personally aspire to physical immortality or a physical lifespan of hundreds of years. I think she is right on the money, though, in asserting that the belief in inevitable declining health with the passage of years is a self-fulfilling expectation rather than a biological necessity.
Does it work? Well ... I've been practicing T'ai Chi since my late teens, and at 57 I can still do full-twisting back flips on the trampoline

and I'm still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up!
Love,

Greg
