Hi to everyone,

could anyone please give me more insight on what does this aspect mean in a relationship? I have read about this aspect also in the 'Relationship Signs' but I would like to know from others some additional information as well. Also according to that book it should be a Soul Mate aspect but I was told on the 'Ask the Astrologer' section that in that specific synastry reading it is not. It should be not only karmic but a romantic aspect as well, right?
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot,
Pastlives.

hi pastlives..a karmic aspect..yes and no..a soulmate one, yes only if there are other karmic aspects in the charts..ie: saturn contacts. I dont believe the pluto/venus on its "own" really means a lot

Hi Aries,

I know that this aspect by itself does not mean everything. I would just like to know what does it mean in general - except for being sometimes the 'soul mate' aspect.
Thanks,
Pastlives.

HI ALL,
I am interested in this also so for clarification sake.. You have to have venus/pluto contacts by ANY aspect or just conjuncions and/or also Saturn aspects?

according to Linda..any Pluto/venus aspect makes a soulmate..as long as there is also Saturn contacts..the more the better. Karmic charts are not always a good thing..you have been brought together once again(chosen this between lives) for "balancing". The Pluto/venus conjunction is best,Linda said you wont want to postpone getting together this life with the conjunction, with the trine or sextile, you have been together before or/and will be again
The pluto/venus aspect on its "own" means nothing from the synastries I have personally seen/done
The "love" aspects would be when the sun, moon or venus is involved. ie: sun conjunct, trine, or sextiled the others moon or venus..etc

Hi Aries,

thanks for the comments. But does not this aspect also add some intensity (sexual - Pluto) to the love feelings - (Venus). I think it should be somehow connected because I have read somewhere in this site that any aspect with Venus is considered a romantic one.
For the meanwhile,
Pastlives.

personally I would say a big YES..but it can also be volatile..now PLuto being a very slow moving planet..this is why there would have to be other karmic aspects included

hi past..I wanted to give you an example of why Im not entirely convinced of this pluto/venus aspect. As I was trying to explain,Pluto is a very slow moving planet. For myself, with a 6 degree Venus, ANYONE born between approx. Oct/55-1963 would be a potential soulmate(ie: a pluto/venus opposition). Another example using the TRINE would be ANYONE/everyone born between 1991 and 1921 would also be a soulmate using the trine within only a 2 Degree!!orb. This is why there HAS to be other aspects using Saturn. any venus/pluto aspect wether it be trine, conjunction, square etc. means nothing in my opinion without them. I think what LindaG was saying is if you have a lot of other karmic aspects, the venus/pluto would ADD to the chances of making it a twin soul etc.

Hi Aries,

Dave has found except the Venus Pluto trine five other Saturn contacts.
My Saturn conjunct his Mercury
sextile his Saturn
square his Uranus

his Saturn semi-square my Mercury
square my Venus
sextile my Jupiter
opposes my Uranus

He claims that there are 5 aspects - he probably means the number of different planets involved, not the aspects themselves.
I hope now you can comment more on this.
Thanks,
Pastlives.

hello Pastlives..in a general look at those aspects, its easy to see why theres a familiar "feel" to the relationship. But I have to say it looks like some karmic balancing is in order there. They arent the most positive aspects...but DEFINITELY karmic..yes!! and no doubt loving, although if it wasnt for the Pluto/Venus trine..I wouldnt think so Theres work to be done, probably foregiveness needed somewhere...Just my thoughts on it.

Hi Aries,

yes, I feel sometimes that I do have loving feelings for this person but sometimes he makes me feel the complete opposite. You can be more specific about them though.
Thanks,
Pastlives.

I think it may be the feeling of the "squares" in the synastry. I know the way that is,been there, done that. although it feels very loving, you can "feel" the undercurrent of tension..and the feeling of either "bad timing" or something you just cant put your finger on.( its not coming from the venus/pluto trine tho, I think thats the loving aspect that brings you back for more )
