Family highlights Danielle and Richard are expecting in mid-June, and so are Kate & Frisco (could be the same day! )

And Layla was just offered a position with Bellydance Superstars, the top bellydance touring company in the world!

This is a funny coincidence- I teach Egyptian Dance (bellydance) !!

Wow, small world Evy! It seems that bellydance is getting ready to enjoy a mass resurgence of popularity, which is really cool ... it has such an ancient history with spiritual and mythological roots in pre-patriarchal Goddess culture, but also has the flash and glamor to appeal to today's pop culture!

Most of the pix were taken on our homestead; the ones on the river are at Snoqualmie Falls, a spectacular drop of the Snoqualmie river about 10 miles from where we live. It's really beautiful country, one of the best things about living here!

Greg....what a great family you have.....wow~ and Layla is absolutely gorgeous!!! Belly dancing has always fascinated me (I think it goes back to my Maria Montez fan days).....

Ps again.....my cousin married a gal who was a belly dancer....she had a pet boa constricter that she danced with....eeeeee

She has since given up both the dance and ths snake, but was a good performer while she was doing it...

What a lovely family you have there Greg! It is easy to see and feel the love and joy of togetherness that is present... So happy for you that everyone was able to be there.

BTW the belly dancing pict was really cool too, I like belly dancing as well, when I lived a short while in Egypt with my family there, I learned a whole lot more about those moooooves! It is such a freeing dance!
