I have a little bit of time now to start giving you some feedback...I think I will have more to add as time allows in the next few days.

First of all, I want to again thank Pat for starting this thread by sharing her enlightened insights. I just reread her top post and was struck anew by her words, and with appreciation for how much healing this thread has caused. I have awe for the energy that came through her and caused us all to meet here.

And Optimystic I again want to say how I looked forward all month since you first wrote to your returning on the 31st. That was so neat that you gave it a month, which made the puzzle a lot more fun.

Okay I'll just start rambling--
Optimystic, you wrote how the Germans say "In knowing one's limits, one shows oneself to be master. One cannot know one's limits until one knows oneself."

Hmmmmmm. Hmmmmmmmmmmm. Or, could we look at it this way, in light of all the serpent symbolizes: One cannot appreciate and understand the eternal vastness of True, Unconditional (UNLIMITED) Love. The knowledge we truly have no limits is what we fear! We fear ourSelves, our power, God's power. It's too awesome, we can't handle it. YET. So, here we are. We in our fear project onto our elves limits so that we can deny, for a while, who we really are, who God created...

But I agree that knowledge can be misinterpreted and misused...away from truth, and is only denial, which ultimately just delays the truth of our knowledge. The truth is just there, unchanged by our fears, and we can see it as soon as we choose to.

It is when symbols are used in an attempt to have power over others, or when we use them in order to subordinate our own power and pass it off to 'others,' that we fail to see their truth.

Back to PD, it was so neat when I unexpectedly found this book at the store last night.
So the part about the Messiah and the Serpent doesn't really bother me!!!! Because if the Serpent is part of ourSelves, part of the Son of God, and the Messiah is One with us, the Son of God, then this statement is accurate and totally benevolent.

Also, when the Serpent advised Eve, "Surely ye shall not die,"
I know now that this refers to the fact that despite the Fall we freely chose with our Free Will, God would never let us lose our everlasting, eternal life. It was we who chose to experience death and dying, as part of our learning what eternal life IS. So yes, we die but do not die.

Back again...hehe one of my houseguests staying with us this weekend is up and reading the paper. I told him to excuse me while I communicate with my friends out there around the world. I have been following all of the weavings in this thread as well as the Mother Goose one. I appreciate all of the energy in thought as it gives one much to think about.
It seems as if you have all been brought together at the same time with similiar stirrings of enlightenments.....
and with all of the mention of balancing the feminine with the masculine, I couldn't help but wonder at the timing of the soon to be transit of Venus on June 8th.
Venus transits across the sun are a rare phenomenon, usually only occuring once or twice a century.
The last Venus transit was in 1882.
Could it be the extra boost of feminine energy that may alter collective consciousness?
Could that explain the anticipation and urging of discovery many are experiencing these days?

Ah,yes,your the Serpentine dancer.....Movement and dancing are well known aids for raising ones Spiriyual,mental,emotional or physical energies or moods.
I personally know this as a shamanic process,but the name doesnt matter,its the actions.
We would all do well to study the movements and control of our bodies of our bodies.
Esoterically the body was known as the lower animal(Franscis of Assisi,referred to his body as brother Ass,while the christos rode into jerusalem on a mule!)
This `animal` had to be subdued by our minds.Sometimes amongst other things as a way of learning to control the lower sexual instincts.Disciplines such as ju-jitsue,yoga and even ballet are excellent ways of training the body.
As I mentioned before Evy,there are two serpents in our Human Nature.The encircling(vertical)Serpent symbolises the Higher side,i.e.the energies of transformation and ressurection,Healing energies,and invincible faith that transcends the dark boundries of even death.
While the lower horizontal serpent re-presents the more lower sexual and aggressive energies in Humans(which is the kundalini in its uncontrolled (E)motion.Which also brings out cruelty and deception.Which unfotunately at this stage in Humanitys growth doesent show much humanity,but thats gonna change,we saw it with live aid,the death of Diana, and large gatherings of people like the glastonbury festival in the 20th century...are to me what the 21st centry is gonna be about...and much more.As we begin the rise in the the collective Rainbow Serpent.

I spent today doodling the letter E in my notebook, lenghtening the horizontal lines, like prongs--something about electricity & currents was trying to break through in my consciousness, but it was unclear. .. and now, as I write this I am watching a special about Nikola Tesla & alternating current vs direct current. . .I am thinking of alternating current as symbolic of a balanced male-female energy. . . as opposed to direct current as symbolic of the male one dominating. . . I don't even know if this makes sense. . . But guys do you not find the E similar to a W or an M. . .look at it!! Its a sideways M or W. . .the W turned right or the M turned left!!!
PONDER That!!!!!!! Woah. . . Something is really really trying to come clear to me and it won't quite gel. . .

On my way home tonight, I stopped at a light behind a somewhat new S70 Volvo driven by an old guy. He reminded me of the guy doing the six flags commercials but not as old, and the guy from the Robert Redford movie about the hacker spies.
I would not have even noticed but the license plate said "S-MANN".

Then the symbolism was there that said, The older male leaders (like the CEO of Disney that was recently fired.) have become so unattached to the general populace and meaning of life with there drive to invent and produce, and the middle men, acting as engineers, striving for more logical and science, have drove off and forgot their families.
Why would a guy like that being driving a 4-door woman's car?

Anyway, I saw your E E E and the then the word ELF.

ELF is missing 3 energies. E is electromagnetic. Men have defined three more as the nuclear strong, the nuclear week, and gravity and for years have been trying to reduce Einstein's theory of Relativity to a general one energy force.

The missing energies of the ELF would look like this "= _".


If E (in ELF) stands for Earth (and Electromagnetic force is very much needed to keep the Earth running and was very important to its creation. Couldn't have rain without EMF),

Then the L (representing Love) is missing two forces.
