Dear PD, how could this happen. At one time this was etched in my memory, because your Birthday was the same day I returned to CE last year.. then for some reason recently I thoht your Birthday was on the 13th and was wating for that Date. ~*~*~*~*~*~
The Old Grey Matter Isnt what It Used to be then it wont be long and a grey mop will surely rival the silver fox who runs from the hair to seek Idle chatter with Alice at the cerebal Table with the Mad Hatter , oh boy what was the Fable that brought us together ?. was wondering how you were going, but didnt want to bug you!! Feeling a bit lethargic are you? or is that achy bones if your mentioning the bone cruncher?.This may sound dumb, but you know raw Linseed oil?, you can use that straight on the skin as it penetrates and lubricates the muscles, joints ligaments etc.it is yucky stuff and the smell isnt that good, but it cerainly was an eye opener to see that in a herbal remedy book.People usually use it on cricket bats or to remove paint from your hands etc after big painting jobs. It gives elasticity, would quote from the book not really sure where it is, and heck you could be in a lot more strife than Im anticipating.
