Good Going, Geekie! :cool
I didn't think it would ever happen.
I got FC5Test installed 3 days via HTTP (for the first time in 3 months). I was NOT going to update it.
So I find a couple of bugs and file them on bugzilla to get fixed. One was for a GUI editor. The guy mails me back and says, It's not the editor, it's the SELinux security policy install had an error, update to the new one tomorrow.
So I did. The SELinux was totoaly wacked for the update and wiped out my installation. Next window is Jan 16th, when they supposably release a beta version FC5Test2.
So I installed Ubuntu development version because I saw that the daily CD image was good to install. That was on the 2nd.
This morning a lot of updates came down and yep, I couldn't resist. They all installed and worked untill the logon , the only thing there was the background and mouse pointer.
So there goes another 4 or 5 hours of work.
Finally I installed a new desktop called KDE (the kids use this one alot coz is is windowie and has multi-media stuff).
So I turned up the screen and sound goodies to the max.
It's twinkling and purring all over the screen just like the site page. I only have one problem. The sound is rather loud.
Guess what is not working on this interface?
NO SOUND contol. lol
I stick my head out the window and listen to I-5 traffic roar for relief.
OK, time for some sleep until McDonald's get the grill hot.

Loud & Lights,
