In order to keep things rolling within budget, I'm moving the site again to a different server over the next few days. The good news is I've gotten pretty competent at the tricks that reduce downtime. In fact, we actually had to switch IP addresses a week or so ago to accommodate the current server company, and I think hardly anyone but me was affected by that.
I do know some people are having to log in twice because the first log-in doesn't take. Dave, thanks for letting me know about that. I know what the trouble is there (it has to do with switching between www .consciousevolution.com and consciousevolution.com without the www), but I'm not going to spend time on that right now because I need to focus on the move. So, if you have trouble logging in, just repeat the process and it should work.
I will need to shut the boards down briefly at some point in the next few days, but if you get a message that the boards are closed for maintenance, just try again a few minutes later. I don't think we'll have a situation where the whole site disappears, but if we do, just keep checking and we'll be back. I think the most downtime we'll have would be an hour, but if worse comes to worst and I totally mangle things, the very worst case scenario is that we'll disappear for a day or two around the 28th. Again, though, I don't think that will happen.
