Hi daf,
I had so much fun last night chatting with you and SolaneStar and NosiS and moonflower and BlueDove, and sharing all the music we were sending around. Afterwards, I found this fabulous version of the very last song George Harrison wrote, "Horse to the Water" by an incredible woman singer, Sam Brown, who is the same woman whose incredible voice is featured in Pink Floyd's "Great Gig in the Sky."
This is from the Concert for George, the tribute concert they did at the Royal Albert Hall a year after he passed. I played it about 20 times myself so far, and thought you would love it too! IT ROCKS!!!

Horse to the Waterby George Harrison
You can take a horse to the water
But you can't make him drink
Oh no, oh no, oh no
A friend of mine in so much misery --
Some people sail through life
But he has struck a reef
I said, "Hey man, let's go out and get some wisdom"
Oh, but first he turned on me
Then he turned off his nervous system
You can take a horse to the water
But you can't make him drink
Oh no, oh no, oh no
You can have it all laid out in front of you
But it don't make you think
Oh no, oh no, oh no
Someone I love has got a problem
Some people thirst for truth
But he would like a drink
I said, "Hey man, this could turn out to be risky"
Well, first he turned on me
Then he downed another bottle of whiskey
You can take a horse to the water
But you can't make him drink
Oh no, oh no, oh no
You can have it all staked out in front of you
But it don't make you think
Oh no, oh no, oh no
There's a preacher out there warning me about Satan
Well, it could be that he knows him
'Cause he acts like he's possessed
I said, "Let's hear about God realization for a change"
He said, "We don't got time for that
Let's hear the evils of fornication"
You can take a horse to the water
But you can't make him drink
Oh no, oh no, oh no
You can have it all staked out in front of you
But it don't make you think
Oh no, oh no, oh no
