This is the new novel by Anne Rice which has just been published and has already made the New York Yimes bestseller list.

About 2 years ago, she published the first "installment" of the series entitled Christ the Lord: Out of Egypt, and I enjoyed it very much - as what did was to take the life of Christ and "make up" a very plausible "story" out of it. I am pretty sure that I posted a thread on it and when I have a chance I will look for it.

I thought I would let everyone know that it was not very good, and I did not complete reading it. Basically the prior book ended with the return of Christ to Israel as a child, and I would have thought that it would have continued from there - no - it skipped a whole bunch of years until the circumstances surrounding the miracle at Cana happened... A far too big gap...
