I am so happy for and proud of you Tara for how well you got through those 'relationship thoughts & communications'. I raise my glass in a toast to the resurrection of your screenplay. You may not have been ready for it to emerge back in 2003, but I'm willing to bet that you are now. Can't wait to see it in print at a future summer Mercury Rx. Positive thoughts coming your way for that and for the upcoming hearing.

Thank you for your kind words, Kel. I will be so relieved to finally have my life back to where it was heading before the events of June '05 took place. In retrospect though, I can see that I wasn't yet ready to go there at that time. I needed more fire, and facing this nightmare, as terrifying as it was, has given it to me in spades. I feel 100% ready to walk my path now. That saying 'good things come to those who wait' is so true. I am so happy it's proven true for you as well.

I agree with all of you... This Merc Rx has brought up some unresolved issues that need to be communicated, specifically with a very good friend of mine. It's problems that have popped up in the past, but because he's such a good friend and because I can usually cool down about it that I haven't dealt with it. While I haven't talked to him about it yet, I've thought of a way to do it in a way that will be best for both of us. So yay! Merc Rx isn't so bad... Although, I will say that I'm glad I haven't started my new job yet. I'd rather the Merc Rx be over before I do that...

In any case, the Merc Rx only passed over my North Node.

Hey, I am glad that some things got brought up for people to resolve - that is what the retro is about - to ponder and think about things - I know I did it with a "possible" relationship and lo and behold, yesterday just before the retro ended, someone else "popped" back into my life - ah, it could get interesting!...

More like natural religion, native American ways. Owl medicine. Deanna is blind but has incredible inner sight. Deanna and I together went through the phenomena of being young, strong, hardworking women with kids and jobs and then each experiencing physical disability, her with her eyes, me with my power plant. God yanked us both out here to the Rockies not long after that. Deanna is so totally snowy owl in the same way Carlos was/is sleek trickster raven. Years ago, Deanna and I would sit up late into the night together. One of the few friends I could do that with. It's our time; it's when I'm strongest. We sit and ponder.

Her 16-yr-old daughter is over here now. We'll go together later out to the gathering. Got to stop and buy some fruit. It's potluck.

Enjoy your camping! They have a tent set up for us in case we want to stay. But I've been wracking my back carrying stuff and cleaning -- or I was last week, and I'm in recovery mode now -- so I'm not really sure I'm up to camping. I used to like it quite a bit.

Carrie, that's so wonderful that you have found communication resolutions during the retro too. Congratulations on that new job. I bet this is the one that was showing up in your Solar Return. Mercury over the N Node - news of your destiny beginning. How perfect. Thank god & goddess that it won't begin until after the Rx though. Please keep us posted and let us know how it all goes once you start. You must be so excited!

Veneo, I've talked about my big nightmare before. It involved all that stuff with the state terminating my partner's disability benefits and then expecting him to pay back almost 9 years worth of benefits, something like $120,000.00. The month before that announcement came, I was taking my first steps toward realizing my dream of working for myself in the creative and spiritual field. But once that happened, I had to put my dreams on a shelf for awhile and head back to the sure and steady income of the corporate world until I could get this mess straightened out.

After 3 years of agonizing tension, worry and despair, we are almost there. The alleged overpayment is waived and we are waiting for his benefits to be awarded again. He's already been approved for the medical part of his claim. We're just waiting for the decision to be made on the non-medical portion which should be arriving any day now. Once he's back on his feet, I will be in a better position to take my dreams back off the shelf and run with them to the finish line this time. Dealing with this situation has given me a sense of confidence in my abilities that I seriously lacked before, so all's well that ends well.

Oops, sorry Venus... I took you literaly when you said nightmare, I didn't know you were talking about the SS issue Steve was dealing with. Glad to hear that things are finally getting resolved. It took long enough, huh? That's the govt for ya!
