Hi All!

I wanted to stop by and say hello.
Haven't been around for a very lonnng time and so many thing has happened since then. Went back to school and it has taken a lot of my time, but by next June, I'll be getting my Bachelors in Business Management. Something that I owed to myself form many many years and I'm finally close to being done repaying it.

Long time no see. It's so good to hear from you. I hope you are able to pop in some more. Congrats on your accomplishment of going back to school. My son is going to school for business too.

Ani, those were nice thoughts...I think as a technical writer, you should try and focus in one area/tree (at least at one time) and stay aware of the other trees/woods, you may find the other trees/woods will contribute concepts that will help you master the area that fullfils you, which may be and eventually the combination of your area/tree and the trees/woods, something you have created on your own, your own self/tree area.

Hey, Suchi...life was awful when I first dropped of CE for a while, as it turned out, fate gave me a kick in the buttocks so that I start paying what I owe to myself and go after my heart's dream.

The last time I was here, I was working for a toy company where I get my plush toys, and going to school at night. We'll I started to get so busy there that I was beginning to lax in my schooling. Anyway, the devastating thing is I got laid off due to some political influence at work, 3 people took over my job, I was out the door, my daughter and I got separated (I ended up moving back to my parents, and she had to move with her Dad. I was devastated for some time and didn't want any long contact or conversations with anyone, became a hermit for some time.

I think fate gave me a little push, and still took care of me. Reason I started to work for somebody else is so that I have time to go to school (instead of focusing running my business), which it did at the beginning. I believe the layoff gave me time to continue school in the evening, was on unemployement, and end up working at my college part-time and received a grant aid to go to school, til I got my Associate Arts degree. I did great in school and earned me full grant and scholarship to go after my Bachelors degree (which I will complete next June 2008). (Darwin you owe me 3 nickles now!) Eventually what I learned will help me to back into running my own business, this time with added knowledge how to do it right.

My youngest is going to be a senior at Univ. of Calif, majoring in behavioral psychology with education emphasis. My oldest got her Masters in Education, so I'm so happy about all that.

So recently, I decided to start my online store, and having fun applying things I learned. I will build this carefully and patiently this time. I feel like a little kid doing this. Anyway, sometime soon, I will provide a unique URL link here for all CE members and and give you guys (CE members only) a discount code so you can use it anytime you decide to shop.

So far that has been my life story. Our loving God and the universe is taking care of me and my family, and teaching me lessons at the same time. I'm trying to be a good girl!

I'll try to come by more often, I really missed you all!!

Wow! You've had a rather rough time. I'm glad it's behind you and you're looking forward to the future with more enthusiasm.

I know what you mean with the need to be a hermit. But, I hope that need is now over and we'll see more of you around here.
