Before anyone gets their party flag out. Know that I'm not in favor of any candidate. They're all career politicians, and if we've learned anything, it's that politicians rarely have OUR best interest at heart.
For those of you who've never heard of the Council on Foreign Relations..it is an exclusive organization whose honorary lifetime Chairman, David Rockefeller has stated, in his autobiography, Memoirs on page 407:
“For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as "internationalists" and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it."
And in case you think he's kidding. Look up "North American Union" Bush signed an agreement with Canada and Mexico to forge the three nations into one..just like the European Union. Congress was not consulted. Next up...new money...the Amero...similar to the Euro. (Might look that up too if you're so inclined.)
According to Wikipedia, David Rockefeller founded the Trilateral Commission, is a member of the Bilderberg Group and "..has also for many years hosted annual luncheons at the family's Westchester County Pocantico estate for the world's finance ministers and central bank governors, following the annual Washington meetings of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.[16] These luncheons were held at the Playhouse. These regular meetings were also attended by the other internationalist in the family, John D 3rd, up until his death in 1978."
Journalist Joseph Kraft, a former member of both the CFR and the Trilateral Commission, said the Council "comes close to being an organ of what C. Wright Mills has called the Power Elite – a group of men, similar in interest and outlook, shaping events from invulnerable positions behind the scenes."
Arthur M. Schlesinger, Jr., in his book on the Kennedy presidency, A Thousand Days, wrote that Kennedy was not part of what he called the "New York establishment:"
"In particular, he was little acquainted with the New York financial and legal community-- that arsenal of talent which had so long furnished a steady supply of always orthodox[supportive of the status quo] and often able people to Democratic as well as Republican administrations. This community was the heart of the American Establishment. Its household deities were Henry Stimson and Elihu Root; its present leaders, Robert Lovett and John J. McCloy; its front organizatons, the Rockefeller, Ford and Carnegie foundations and the Council on Foreign Relations; its organs, the New York Times and Foreign Affairs."

Do you REALLY have a choice for President? Are you really sure about that?
The only vote that counts...is a vote for election reform that ends the two party monopoly in this country and allows people who AREN'T career politicians to have a fighting chance to engage in debate with more mainstream candidates in the national media.

P.S. After much reflection..I've realized that it doesn't matter. What is meant to be will be. How much more energy will be blindly squandered fighting the strength of the stream? How much longer before I let go and know that the Spirit knows what it is doing better than I ever could?
