A new Mantra I have learned in my recovery process...
(yes, from Being born)
and in my situation Now.

Seeing and learning quite a Great Deal from an Intuit
Digging deep into my psyche
Clearing away uneeded Memes

I have stumbled upon my new daily Prayer
I wished to share with those of You
like my Self
who are unfamiliar with this Fantastical Word and Tool.

Ho Oponopono.
Or Hawaiian for "to make right"
is a Simple, Power Full Tool
to help one Transform One Self and The Whirled
from thousands of years
and generations of taught
Memories and Memes
that inhabit One's Being and Mind
causing one to be trapped in the daily task
of "dealing with Life" instead of Living IT.
So often, the "daily grind" starts each morning
and continues throughout the day...
offering nothing more than the same old, same old
as if having to just "get through IT."
We often find ourselves trudging through
worn circles of one way dead end streets.

With Ho Oponopono
we are given an escape from this cell.

A Key to unlock the hidden doors that prevent Us
from Living Our Dream.

When we are subject to our daily struggle
of judgement, prejudice, uncertainty, hate,deception
and overall chaos...
When we find our Selves in the pattern of Being
what we were taught by generations of outdated and
unneeded Beliefs from the Origin of Time
and recorded memories of
Who We are NOT
we recite Ho Oponopono
to disperse, alleviate and
FREE
our Selves of that cage!

When you find Your Self:
judging another...
speaking unkind words...
thinking malicious thoughts...
bouting with anger, sadness, guilt, blame, denial,
feeling that "feeling" of uncomfortability...
Recognizing all these RED FLAGS from our Higher Self,

Ho Oponopono tells us to recite....

"I am sorry."(For feeling this way/saying this,etc.)
"Please forGive me."
"Thank You."
"I love You."

By recognizing the struggle in Your Self
in Your daily Path with these obstacles
that You have invited into your Life
to GROW and Evolve,
You remove the cause and diffuse IT
by reciting this Simple Mantra
and invite total Harmony into Your Whirled
and the World at large....
rippling out
the Wave of the One Love
that binds Us All.
Unconditional Love and Christ Consciousness
then begins to enter Your Spirit!

The best part of Ho Oponopono
is although your say IT
(and may say IT all day long if you have to )
you may first not Believe IT.
You do not have to.

IT is the recognition of yourself of Your Self.
Wanting to change "that feeling...."
Wanting Your Life to Be FREE

who You really are!
A Conscious Living Soul who wants to Love
and Be Loved.

IT becomes apparent to me...
that I am not my Self at All.
I am One
who witnesses me
watching Others
see me

In this cocentric Circle of I witness
The One who is encased in
my Bio-Logical Vehicle
is a memory of Who Is and Who Will Be.

have guided me through the constant occurrence of

and caused IT as well.
Daily existence and cognitive observations
have made awareness the fundamental tool
to my Free Will
Knowing that most of who I am
isn't me at All!
I am merely a product of what Mankind has learned
through it's small stint here on Gaia.
All of Mankind
and more specifically,
my ancestors and their proponents.
The daily struggles I have set up for my Self
are imbedded in my genes
until I recognize them as Memories( or Memes)
as reLease them back to their origin of impression.
I do not have to Be what I am not.
The astigmatism of genetics
creates the false imprisonment
in each of Us,
Being servants to our distant passed...
without Knowing,
we constantly create illusionary barriers
based on genetic imprints and falsehoods of Beliefs
that are outdated, unuseful or simply no longer needed.
We think we are, who we are not.
We believe all our thoughts are our own.
We hold True the values that may not Be our own.
We limit our Selves to ourselves,
holding fast to antiquated notions
of our History.

By Recognizing Awareness...
(An oxymoron in IT self)
Turning ON our Love Light
and accepting the possibility of
All Possibleness
We slowly begin to break down the Memes
that scientifically formulate our
thought process and our Self reAction to IT.
We then create new Genetic Memory
that real eyeses All is Possible and within Us.

The perception of things becomes extremely acute
as the the illusion of what is not
becomes quite apparent.
Whereas before, IT appeared to be very Real.
We take control of the steering Wheel of Life
when we recognize
the Power of Creation
is within...
the ideas and thoughts in our heads
the feelings in our Hearts
the grasp in our hands....
the Words in our mouths.

The stage is set,
for each of Us
to write and read our own Script.
Not the worn reruns of playwrights and people passed...
Direct and Produce
the players and plots
as we see fit...
Edit the outtakes that no longer make the cut.
Market our new Vision
to the Hopes and expectations of True Man Kind.
Watch IT
turn the Whirled upside down!
And You
Inside Out.

Today, is a good Day
to start forgetting
Memories
that are creating Your tomorrows...
Recreate Today
by recognizing
the Great Gift of Awareness,
whilst utilizing and implementing
the Free Will that makes
IT All Possible.

Letting Go
of Every Thing we Know....

I am loving these Ho Oponopono posts Chahles. The messages you are conveying are very intune with the ones I've read recenly in a book by Carlos Barrios about the Mayan Prophecies of 2012.

It also talked about letting go of the life we know (where the material way outbalances the spiritual) because in the years following 2012 our consciousness is supposed to undergo a shift to a more harmonious one where humanity will ascend spiritually. I'm definitely all for that!

It went on to say that we're in the last months of the purification period that started in August '01 and ends September 22nd of this year. This is the time to become aware and take action to stop destroying one another and the earth and stripping it of its natural resources.

Then it's the 'definition' period from September 23, 2010 - December 20, 2012 where it says there will be 'a cleanising of all the garbage in our minds and all consumerism will be cleared away and replaced with a resurgence of true spirituality and a renewed respect for ourselves and everyone on the planet'. The book also says that 'we'll learn to take advantage of our technology without letting it consume us'.

I can't help but think that the failing economy in our country is a sign of these fast approaching times where the material will be more balanced with the spiritual. And as horrendous as the earthquakes in Haiti were, it was truly amazing and uplifting to see how many people in the world banded together and made donations to help the Haitians.

It's so unfortunate that it took a catastrophe for the world to unite and share with one another, but it gave me such hope that humanity is moving in the right direction. I for one am looking forward to the harmonious and peaceful world of love and spiritual enlightment we'll create together in the years that follow the Galactic Alignment toward the end of 2012 - if we all choose it, which I hope we will.

We could use a lot more Ho Oponopono in the time we are living in these days.

Yes, I realize that the term "these days" is showing my age. But that's only because we older folks have had so many past times to compare today's world society with.

I had to laugh when you said "I find it hard to believe you may need to say it nearly as much as I do!" because I had the very same thought about you. You're always so full of love for all of mankind, Aquarian that you are, that I can hardly imagine you ever saying or doing anything to anyone you would have to be sorry or ask forgiveness for.

But alas, each and every one of us on this earth right now chose to be born into this human existence "to make right" some thing we said or did (or didn't say or do) to others before, or we probably wouldn't have felt the need to put ourselves here in the first place so we could all evolve into the greatest Love of all - pure and selfless love for one another.

We who are walking this Earth right now have a big job to do and Ho Oponopono is by far the greatest way I see for us to achieve that mission and reach the heights the Mayans describe in their prophecies. The darkest hour is just before dawn, they say. And by joining together in peace, harmony and love we can bring in the new day of spiritual enlightenment and universal Love that is our true heritage.

The Little Soul & The Sun

Once upon no time, there was a little Soul who said to God, “I know who I am.”

And God said, "That's wonderful! Who are you?"

And the Little Soul shouted, "I'm the Light!"

God smiled a big smile. "That's right!" God exclaimed. "You are the Light."

The Little Soul was so happy, for it had figured out what all the souls in the Kingdom were there to figure out.

"Wow," said the Little Soul, "this is really cool!"

But soon, knowing who it was, was not enough. The Little Soul felt stirrings inside, and now wanted to be who it was. And so the Little Soul went back to God (which is not a bad idea for all souls who want to be Who They Really Are) and said,

"Hi, God! Now that I know Who I am, is it okay for me to be it?"

And God said, "You mean you want to be Who You Already Are?"

"Well," replied the Little Soul," it's one thing to know Who I Am, and another thing altogether to actually be it. I want to feel what it's like to be the Light!"

"But you already are the Light," God repeated, smiling again.

"Yes, but I want to see what that feels like!" cried the Little Soul.

"Well," said God with a chuckle, "I suppose I should have known. You always were the adventuresome one."

Then God's expression changed. "There's only one thing..."

"What?" asked the Little Soul.

"Well, there is nothing else but the Light. You see, I created nothing but what you are; and so, there is no easy way for you to experience yourself as Who You Are, since there is nothing that you are not."

"Huh?" said the Little Soul, who was now a little confused.

"Think of it this way," said God. "You are like a candle in the Sun. Oh, you're there all right. Along with a million, gazillion other candles who make up the Sun. And the sun would not be the Sun without you. Nay, it would be a sun without one of its candles...and that would not be the Sun at all; for it would not shine as brightly. Yet, how to know yourself as the Light when you are amidst the Light -that is the question."

"Well," the Little Soul perked up, "you're God. Think of something!"

Once more God smiled. "I already have," God said. "Since you cannot see yourself as the Light when you are in the Light, we'll surround you with darkness."

"What's darkness?" the Little Soul asked.

God replied, "It is that which you are not."

"Will I be afraid of the dark?" cried the Little Soul.

"Only if you choose to be," God answered. "There is nothing, really, to be afraid of, unless you decide that there is. You see, we are making it all up. We are pretending."

"Oh," said the Little Soul, and felt better already.

Then God explained that, in order to experience anything at all, the exact opposite of it will appear.

"It is a great gift," God said, "because without it, you could not know what anything is like. You could not know Warm without Cold, Up without Down, Fast without Slow. You could not know Left without Right, Here without There, Now without Then."

"And so," God concluded, "when you are surrounded with darkness, do not shake your fist and raise your voice and curse the darkness. Rather be a Light unto the darkness, and don't be mad about it. Then you will know Who You Really Are, and all others will know, too. Let your Light shine so that everyone will know how special you are!"

"You mean it's okay to let others see how special I am?" asked the Little Soul.

"Of course!" God chuckled. "It's very okay! But remember, 'special' does not mean 'better.' Everybody is special, each in their own way! Yet many others have forgotten that. They will see that it is okay for them to be special only when you see that it is okay for you to be special."

"Wow," said the Little Soul, dancing and skipping and laughing and jumping with joy. "I can be as special as I want to be!"

"Yes, and you can start right now," said God, who was dancing and skipping and laughing right along with the Little Soul.

"What part of special do you want to be?"

"What part of special?" the Little Soul repeated. "I don't understand."

"Well," God explained, "being the Light is being special, and being special has a lot of parts to it. It is special to be kind. It is special to be gentle. It is special to be creative. It is special to be patient. Can you think of any other ways it is special to be?"

The Little Soul sat quietly for a moment. "I can think of lots of ways to be special!" the Little Soul then exclaimed. "It is special to be helpful. It is special to be sharing. It is special to be friendly. It is special to be considerate of others!"

"Yes!" God agreed, "and you can be all of those things, or any part of special you wish to be, at any moment. That's what it means to be the Light."

"I know what I want to be, I know what I want to be!" the Little Soul announced with great excitement. "I want to be the part of special called 'forgiving'. Isn't it special to be forgiving?"

"Oh, yes," God assured the Little Soul. "That is very special."

"Okay," said the Little Soul. "That's what I want to be. I want to be forgiving. I want to experience myself as that."

"Good," said God, "but there's one thing you should know."

The Little Soul was becoming a bit impatient now. It always seemed as though there were some complication.

"What is it?" the Little Soul sighed.

"There is no one to forgive."

"No one?" The Little Soul could hardly believe what had been said.

"No one!" God repeated. "Everything I have made is perfect. There is not a single soul in all creation less perfect than you. Look around you."

It was then that the Little Soul realized a large crowd had gathered. Souls had come from far and wide ~ from all over the Kingdom ~ for the word had gone forth that the Little Soul was having this extraordinary conversation with God, and everyone wanted to hear what they were saying. Looking at the countless other souls gathered there, the Little Soul had to agree. None appeared less wonderful, less magnificent, or less perfect than the Little Soul itself. Such was the wonder of the souls gathered around, and so bright was their Light, that the Little Soul could scarcely gaze upon them.

"Who, then, to forgive?" asked God.

"Boy, this is going to be no fun at all!" grumbled the Little Soul. "I wanted to experience myself as One Who Forgives. I wanted to know what that part of special felt like."

And the Little Soul learned what it must feel like to be sad. But just then a Friendly Soul stepped forward from the crowd.

"Not to worry, Little Soul," the Friendly Soul said, "I will help you."

"You will?" the Little Soul brightened. "But what can you do?"

"Why, I can give you someone to forgive!"

"You can?"

"Certainly!" chirped the Friendly Soul. "I can come into your next lifetime and do something for you to forgive."

"But why? Why would you do that?" the Little Soul asked. "You, who are a Being of such utter perfection! You, who vibrate with such a speed that it creates a Light so bright that I can hardly gaze upon you! What could cause you to want to slow down your vibration to such a speed that your bright Light would become dark and dense? What could cause you ~ who are so light that you dance upon the stars and move through the Kingdom with the speed of your thought--to come into my life and make yourself so heavy that you could do this bad thing?"

"Simple," the Friendly Soul said. "I would do it because I love you."

The Little Soul seemed surprised at the answer.

"Don't be so amazed," said the Friendly Soul, "you have done the same thing for me. Don't you remember? Oh, we have danced together, you and I, many times. Through the eons and across all the ages have we danced. Across all time and in many places have we played together. You just don't remember."

"We have both been All Of It. We have been the Up and the Down of it, the Left and the Right of it. We have been the Here and the There of it, the Now and the Then of it. We have been the male and the female, the good and the bad; we have both been the victim and the villain of it."


"Thus have we come together, you and I, many times before; each bringing to the other the exact and perfect opportunity to Express and to Experience Who We Really Are. And so," the Friendly Soul explained further, "I will come into your next lifetime and be the 'bad one' this time. I will do something really terrible, and then you can experience yourself as the One Who Forgives."

"But what will you do?" the Little Soul asked, just a little nervously, "that will be so terrible?"

"Oh," replied the Friendly Soul with a twinkle, "we'll think of something."

Then the Friendly Soul seemed to turn serious, and said in a quiet voice, "You are right about one thing, you know."

"What is that?" the Little Soul wanted to know.

"I will have to slow down my vibration and become very heavy to do this not-so-nice thing. I will have to pretend to be something very unlike myself. And so, I have but one favour to ask of you in return."

"Oh, anything, anything!" cried the Little Soul, and began to dance and sing, "I get to be forgiving, I get to be forgiving!"

Then the Little Soul saw that the Friendly Soul was remaining very quiet.

"What is it?" the Little Soul asked. "What can I do for you? You are such an angel to be willing to do this for me!"

"Of course this Friendly Soul is an angel!" God interrupted. "Everyone is! Always remember: I have sent you nothing but angels."

And so the Little Soul wanted more than ever to grant the Friendly Soul's request. "What can I do for you?" the Little Soul asked again.

"In the moment that I strike you and smite you," the Friendly Soul replied, "in the moment that I do the worst to you that you could possible imagine ~ in that very moment..."

"Yes?" the Little Soul interrupted, "yes...?"

"Remember Who I Really Am."

"Oh, I will!" cried the Little Soul, "I promise! I will always remember you as I see you right here, right now!"

"Good," said the Friendly Soul, "because, you see, I will have been pretending so hard, I will have forgotten myself. And if you do not remember me as I really am, I may not be able to remember for a very long time. And if I forget Who I Am, you may even forget Who You Are, and we will both be lost. Then we will need another soul to come along and remind us both of Who We Are."

"No, we won't!" the Little Soul promised again. "I will remember you! And I will thank you for bringing me this gift ~ the chance to experience myself as Who I Am."

And so, the agreement was made. And the Little Soul went forth into a new lifetime, excited to be the Light, which was very special, and excited to be that part of special called Forgiveness.

And the Little Soul waited anxiously to be able to experience itself as Forgiveness, and to thank whatever other soul made it possible. It's that guys name Haleakala Hew Len, Ph.D. that really caught my eye while reading about " Ho OponoOpono ". I was thinking where have I seen this name BE-fore . Well I recieved the answer to this shorty afterwards, boy do the thoughts and answers seem to come in alot faster these days, you notice that. Anyways, I had recieved a gift some yrs ago, from what I thought to BE a very un-likely source to recieve this gift and due to it's content, this was even stranger to me, I thought what are the ode's. lol They where known to debate with me in the past about everything I thought and BE-lieved in. Really they had no clue as to what I thought and BE-lieved,who I was, so this seemed a little strange to me at the time I recieved this gift, which was a book on Shamanic practices, the WisdomKeepers Shamanism in the Modern world by Timothy Freke, Published in 1999, I think I recieved this book back about 8yrs ago, 8 BE-ing ONE of my Fav. numbers. Yes, so I look at the list in the front of the book and much to my surpise there his name is " Haleakala Hew Len, Ph.D. " again, Hawaiian Tradition, in the list of Shaman's in the contents line-UP. Self I-Dentity Through Ho'oponopono
Being 100% Responsible For The Problems of My Clients

In traditional approaches to problem solving and healing, the therapist begins with the belief that the source of the problem is with the client, not within him. He believes that his responsibility is to assist the client in working through his problem. Could these beliefs have resulted in systemic burnout throughout the healing profession?

To be an effective problem solver, the therapist must be willing to be 100% responsible for having created the problem situation; that is, he must be willing to see that the source of the problem are erroneous thoughts within him, not within the client. Therapists never seem to notice that every time there is a problem, they are always present!

Being 100% responsible for actualizing the problem allows the therapist to be 100% responsible for resolving it. Using the updated Ho'oponopono approach, a process of repentance, forgiveness and transmutation developed by Kahuna Lapa'au Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, a therapist is able to have erroneous thoughts within himself and within the client transmuted into perfect thoughts of LOVE.

Her eyes brimmed with tears. Deep trenches enclosed the corners of her mouth. "I am worried about my son," Cynthia sighs softly. "He's back on drugs again." As she tells her painful story, I begin the cleaning of the erroneous thoughts within me that have actualized as her problem.

As erroneous thoughts are replaced by loving thoughts in the therapist and in his family, relatives and ancestors, they are replaced too in the client and in her family, relatives and ancestors. The updated Ho'oponopono process allows the therapist to work directly with the Original Source who can transmute erroneous thoughts into LOVE.

Her eyes dry up. The trenches around her mouth soften. She smiles, relief dawning across her face "I don't know why but I'm feeling better." I do not know why too. Really. Life is a mystery except to LOVE who knows all. I just let it go at that, and just thank LOVE from whom all blessings flow.

In problem solving using the updated Ho'oponopono process, the therapist first takes his []-Dentity, his Mind and connects it up with the Original Source, what others call LOVE or GOD. With the connection in place, the therapist then appeals to LOVE to correct the erroneous thoughts within him that are actualizing as the problem for himself first and for the client second. The appeal is a process of repentance and forgiveness on the part of the therapist---"I am sorry for the erroneous thoughts within me that have caused the problem for me and for the client; please forgive me."

In response to the repentance and forgiveness appeal of the therapist, LOVE begins the mystical process of transmuting the erroneous thoughts. In this spiritual correction process, LOVE first neutralizes the erroneous emotions that have caused the problem, be they resentment, fear, anger, blame or confusion. In the next step, LOVE then releases the neutralized energies from the thoughts leaving them in a state of void, of emptiness of true freedom.

With the thoughts empty, free, LOVE then fills them with Itself. The result? The therapist is renewed, restored in LOVE. As the therapist is renewed so is the client and all involved in the problem. Where there was despair in the client, there is LOVE. Where there was darkness in her soul, there is now the healing Light of LOVE.

The Self []- Dentity Through Ho'oponopono training teaches people who they are and how they can solve problems moment to moment, and in the process be renewed and restored in LOVE. The training begins with a two-hour free lecture. Attendees are given an overview of how thoughts within them actualize as spiritual, mental, emotional, physical, relational and financial problems in their lives and in the lives of their families, relatives, ancestors, friends, neighbors and associates. In the weekend training, students are taught what a problem is, where the problems are located, how to solve different kinds of problems using over twenty-five problem solving processes and how to really take good care of themselves. The underlying emphasis in the training is on being 100% responsible for themselves and for what happens in their lives and for solving problems effortlessly.

The wonder of the updated Ho'oponopono process is that you get to meet yourself anew each moment, and you get to appreciate more and more with each application of the process the renewing miracle of LOVE.
I operate my life and my relationships according to the following insights:

1. The physical universe is an actualization of my thoughts.
2. If my thoughts are cancerous, they create a cancerous physical reality.
3. If my thoughts are perfect, they create a physical reality brimming with LOVE.
4. I am 100% responsible for creating my physical universe the way it is.
5. I am 100% responsible for correcting the cancerous thoughts that create a diseased reality.
6. There is no such thing as out there. Everything exists as thoughts in my mind.


Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len has been practicing the updated Ho'oponopono since November of 1982. He was taught the process by Kahuna Lapa'au Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, who was designated a Living Treasure of Hawaii in 1983. He was staff psychologist in the forensic unit for the criminally mentally ill at Hawaii State Hospital for several years. He has taught the updated Ho'oponopono around the world and at the United Nations several times. Dr. Hew Len has a doctorate from the University of Iowa.

Charles Brown is a practicing massage therapist in Albuquerque. He has been practicing the updated Ho'oponopono since 1984. Two years ago, I heard about a therapist in Hawaii who cured a complete ward of criminally insane patients--without ever seeing any of them. The psychologist would study an inmate's chart and then look within himself to see how he created that person's illness. As he improved himself, the patient improved.

When I first heard this story, I thought it was an urban legend. How could anyone heal anyone else by healing himself? How could even the best self-improvement master cure the criminally insane?

It didn't make any sense. It wasn't logical, so I dismissed the story.

However, I heard it again a year later. I heard that the therapist had used a Hawaiian healing process called ho 'oponopono. I had never heard of it, yet I couldn't let it leave my mind. If the story was at all true, I had to know more.

I had always understood "total responsibility" to mean that I am responsible for what I think and do. Beyond that, it's out of my hands. I think that most people think of total responsibility that way. We're responsible for what we do, not what anyone else does. The Hawaiian therapist who healed those mentally ill people would teach me an advanced new perspective about total responsibility.

His name is Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. We probably spent an hour talking on our first phone call. I asked him to tell me the complete story of his work as a therapist. He explained that he worked at Hawaii State Hospital for four years. That ward where they kept the criminally insane was dangerous. Psychologists quit on a monthly basis. The staff called in sick a lot or simply quit. People would walk through that ward with their backs against the wall, afraid of being attacked by patients. It was not a pleasant place to live, work, or visit.

Dr. Len told me that he never saw patients. He agreed to have an office and to review their files. While he looked at those files, he would work on himself. As he worked on himself, patients began to heal.

"After a few months, patients that had to be shackled were being allowed to walk freely," he told me. "Others who had to be heavily medicated were getting off their medications. And those who had no chance of ever being released were being freed."

I was in awe.

"Not only that," he went on, "but the staff began to enjoy coming to work. Absenteeism and turnover disappeared. We ended up with more staff than we needed because patients were being released, and all the staff was showing up to work. Today, that ward is closed."

This is where I had to ask the million dollar question: "What were you doing within yourself that caused those people to change?"

"I was simply healing the part of me that created them," he said.

I didn't understand.

Dr. Len explained that total responsibility for your life means that everything in your life - simply because it is in your life--is your responsibility. In a literal sense the entire world is your creation.

Whew. This is tough to swallow. Being responsible for what I say or do is one thing. Being responsible for what everyone in my life says or does is quite another. Yet, the truth is this: if you take complete responsibility for your life, then everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or in any way experience is your responsibility because it is in your life.

This means that terrorist activity, the president, the economy--anything you experience and don't like--is up for you to heal. They don't exist, in a manner of speaking, except as projections from inside you. The problem isn't with them, it's with you, and to change them, you have to change you.

I know this is tough to grasp, let alone accept or actually live. Blame is far easier than total responsibility, but as I spoke with Dr. Len, I began to realize that healing for him and in ho 'oponopono means loving yourself. If you want to improve your life, you have to heal your life. If you want to cure anyone--even a mentally ill criminal--you do it by healing you.

I asked Dr. Len how he went about healing himself. What was he doing, exactly, when he looked at those patients' files?

"I just kept saying, 'I'm sorry' and 'I love you' over and over again," he explained.

That's it?

That's it.

Turns out that loving yourself is the greatest way to improve yourself, and as you improve yourself, your improve your world. Let me give you a quick example of how this works: one day, someone sent me an email that upset me. In the past I would have handled it by working on my emotional hot buttons or by trying to reason with the person who sent the nasty message. This time, I decided to try Dr. Len's method. I kept silently saying, "I'm sorry" and "I love you," I didn't say it to anyone in particular. I was simply evoking the spirit of love to heal within me what was creating the outer circumstance.

Within an hour I got an e-mail from the same person. He apologized for his previous message. Keep in mind that I didn't take any outward action to get that apology. I didn't even write him back. Yet, by saying "I love you," I somehow healed within me what was creating him.

I later attended a ho 'oponopono workshop run by Dr. Len. He's now 70 years old, considered a grandfatherly shaman, and is somewhat reclusive. He praised my book, The Attractor Factor. He told me that as I improve myself, my book's vibration will raise, and everyone will feel it when they read it. In short, as I improve, my readers will improve.

"What about the books that are already sold and out there?" I asked.

"They aren't out there," he explained, once again blowing my mind with his mystic wisdom. "They are still in you."

In short, there is no out there.

It would take a whole book to explain this advanced technique with the depth it deserves. Suffice it to say that whenever you want to improve anything in your life, there's only one place to look: inside you.

"When you look, do it with love."

Emotions really are only indicators of the vibrational

optimum health patterns in both your mind and body.

An excellent exercise to ensure your own inner peace,
is to examine your consciousness for all embedded
grievances, and dissolve them one by one with forgiveness.
