This is very interesting, Maria. I am a sun Taurus and moon Pisces. I feel that moon influence very much in my life and the following interpretation from the Examiner article is spot on for me:
People with the moon in Pisces are dreamers and dream-weavers. They are able both to sense people’s moods and spread moods of their own making, to understand where people are and then inspire or provoke them with their own imaginative visions. Martin Luther King Jr. had a Pisces moon and so did Edgar Allen Poe. Although subject to burnout, in the best of situations, people with the moon in Pisces are gentle and kind and able to come back refreshed simply by staying aware of their need for occasional periods of private time to rest and brood and get away from the world when things seem overwhelming. The key is often found in self-nurturing of the most basic sort through good food and extra sleep. But people with this position of the moon also need to guard against becoming dependent on intoxicants, which can increase a tendency toward depression and escapism and really overwhelm their natural rejuvenating abilities.
I absolutely do take those private times to rest and brood and get away when things are overwhelming for me. Only my dearest friends have been able to understand my need to do this. Sleep is intoxicating enough for me. I love to sleep.

Hey, if you are writing for a Detroit magazine wouldn't it be awesome if you moved here to the Great Lakes State? Couldn't be any colder than Colorado in the winter.

Love, Connie
