This occured while he was visiting Haiti with Clinton's organization that has been very instrumental in bringing aid to those who lost what little they did have due to the earthquake. Clinton has made many trips to Haiti since the earthquake.
This video speaks volumes. Watch Clinton's actions and expressions as compared to Bush's. This made world news and yes, it does define the difference between the two parties in the U.S. That's just a fact.
What Bush does in this video is disgusting and insulting to the Haitians. Why was he even there?
