Hi everyone! Trying to buy some food for the color diet can be hard. I myself want to be prepared as much as possible. ONe of my favorite foods is cereal. I have been to many "regular" grocery stores (what I mean by regular: non health food stores), like Winn Dixie, etc. I couldn't find ONE cereal that wasn't made WITHOUT WHITE SUGAR. WELL, it so happens I was in Food Lion the other day and I came across this new cereal by General Mills called SUNRISE. It's all organic. I was reading the ingredients... RAW SUGAR, GOLDEN HONEY, RED WHEAT, CORN,... the color of the cereal is red and golden, like a golden yellow. Now those of you that have had more experience with the color diet, would this be an "OK" cereal to eat? OH I hope so! If someone can find the cereal and read the ingredients on the box... let me know what you think. THANKS GUYS!!! Love silver

Hi Crystal and Teresa: Thanks for the high marks. Your encouragement is truly appreciated. It means so much to have your support. But, darn! Now, I have to live up to the "hype." Thomas

Robert Chancellor: What a lovely and inspired poem! You have the gift of prose. Thanks for sharing it here. Your kind and uplifting words, with red's boldness and gold's majesty, fill me with cheer. Thank you, friend, for reminding me and affirming it to the universe that the outcome is clear. A bright, clear red. Thanks, Thomas

Teresa: I loved your brilliant and revealing lexigram. I'm totally there with you. Yes, CALORIES ARE CLEAR LIES! And there's no "no" to complicate the lexigram. It was a fabulous idea to lexigram the word CALORIES. It hadn't even occurred to me to do so. Red power! Thomas

Hi Silver: The cereal sounds good to me. One word of advice: Don't obssess over the foods. I've been there. So has Teresa. I'm going to repeat this one more time: It's important to eat the right foods ON THE WHOLE. To follow the instructions exactly as they are given in Star Signs is to practically eat nothing at all. I know this thread is long, but I suggest that you spend some time going through it. We've discussed the foods extensively and most of your questions should be answered here. I also posted an addendum by Linda where she amended her instructions in Star Signs concerning white sugar and white flour. One word about the cereal: It contains raw sugar, which is usually BROWN, not white. When you go on the color diet, please keep us posted on your progress. Just do the best you can and you'll do fine. Red power! Thomas

Hello ! I am Lisandra, I just wanted to share my experience with the color diet. I started it on July 24, tomorrow will be a week. So far I have seen no results. I take the color bath listening to smashing pumpkins. I realized though that I was putting the light from the lamp under my navel instead of putting it above it between the navel and breastbone, does anyone know if this would slow the effect down?? I am also using a 75w red flood. It is hard for me also to stick to doing the visuals at the same time every day, so far I have not skipped them though. It was hard for me to find red cups, so what I did was I bought two big jars and spray painted them red. I notice that every time after drinking the red solarized water my face becomes flushed. I also spray painted my blck goose neck lamp red. I am feeling guilty today though, I sort of cheated because I ate a teriyakie chicken bowl with soy sauce !! Yes! Is that going to affect my diet?? I have a question I have a friend who also wants to try the diet but is very much addicted to coke, and she will not give it up, does anyone know if she can drink coke and still succed ?? Well hope someone takes time to respond to me. I would also like to share notes with others who are in this Journey. Well lots of love to you all!

Hi Lisandra: Thanks for sharing your results with us. The color diet can be slow going at first. Both Teresa and I had the same experience. Stick with it! If you haven't done so, I'd suggest that you read through this thread. I know it's long, but the amount of information here is incredible. Most, if not all, of your questions should be answered here. Red power! Thomas

Hi All: Today is day 40 and finally some results! I did my pants test today. I could tell a slight difference. The difference was small, but encouraging nonetheless. Higher Self says I'll be able to wear this particular pair in about two weeks. And yes, it will take me more than 63 days. But, as I said earlier, I intend to follow this through to the delightful end. I just had share the good news with you all. Red power! Thomas

Hi Thomas! Thank you for your flattering words on my first focused attempt at lexigramming. Yes, the ROLE of CALORIES IS to spread LIES! It is CLEAR now. But, the REAL truth lies in the hidden fire sign ARIES which confirms the fact that CALORIES are only heat and light which CLEARS the illusionary SCORE of numbers in CALORIES. Congratulations on the positive pants test results!
I am still patiently waiting ...
and still keeping as positive as possible. I had to switch to an orange bulb for a few days, but I am back to red now.
Today is the day that I will be having my aura picture taken! I will let you know how it goes.
Red Power!
Teresa

Hi Lisandra, I have not experienced getting flushed in my face after drinking the solarized water. Are you drinking it at room temperature? I got my red glasses at a restaurant supply store. About your friend, maybe she could switch to Cherry Coke. Great to have you here.
Red Power!

GOD BLESS ALL YOU DEVOTEES OF RED POWER! I tried the diet over the winter, I was DEDICATED. I found my red glasses on a bargain table in an after Christmas sale after speaking to numerous glasswear people who could not seem to locate any for me. OH, I was faithful. My family laughed, and it didn't matter. Then I went away for a winter 50th birthday weekend with a relative and her friends. I was DETERMINED. I brought all of the paraphenalia and told everyone who asked. Interestingly, many were open to it. But low and behold I blew it. Even tho' i brought chili for myself (and others), by the end of the weekend I goofed. It had been about 28 or 29 days! It felt very EMPOWERING!!! And the fact that I would go so long without white sugar and flour I thought was MAGIC in and of itself. I DO BELIEVE I lost some weight, tho' inever weighed myself. I had NO ANXIETIES, ONLY A KNOWING. I felt great and had a Ball. I listened to PAUL SIMONS GRACELAND. It got a bit old. My tummy looked great, for me. you are all so INSPIRING, I think I'll try it again. Even the woman in the lighting store (Greg, it would be GRAND if you could sell the bulbs) said...be sure to let me know how it works! "Twas by far the most FUN AND SILLY AND MAGICAL way I've ever tried to slsim down. And as I feel I'm beginning to resemble a TUMBLEWEED, I need to give it another go. KNOWING YOU WILL SUCCEED!! Annie

Greetings Lisandra, may I ask what Smashing Pumpkins are you listening to?? Being a big music fan esp. alterna/hardrock/punk stuff, and it occurs to me that maybe you need to be listening to more of a harder beat ?? That too could help. Kelly, who started this thread, listened to Green Day, how about Limp Bizkit or something in that genre ??? Just an idea. Good luck. Let me know if you need some help in that dept. I prolly could put together some music for anyone who'd be interested. BTW, KEEP IT UP!!!!!! Everybody!! Blessings, ~Gal

Hello Rainbow Dieters! This diet takes discipline, but is really simple, at least. I wanted to tell you all that I've asked some "music" people what the beat/time is of the music I found that really worked for me..it's "16th" time, or 1/16-16 beats? I'm sure if you went to a music store anyone who knows about music would know what you are talking about. Mars music is totally percussion-drums-you can really raise your vibrations and get a real rush out of listening to fast, pounding, LOUD drums! Think @ all the newage stuff now about drumming-ancients knew it effected the physical/mental/spiritual body DRAMATICALLY! Let it take over you whole Self when you are listening to it. It is as powerful as You. Deepak Chopra spoke in his book, "Addictions" about the state of mind musicians enjoy and we can access when listening to music. Transcending conciousness! Love and Light, Kelly P.S.(Careful over this eqlipse time-THINK POSITIVE THOUGHTS!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All: I'm thrilled at how well this thread has taken off. This has turned into a place of true sharing and encouragement. Tammy, a member, started a similar thread at the inception of the Linda Goodman site. It got a few posts and quickly dwindled away. I had no idea that there were so many who needed this. I was starting to wonder if Tammy and I were the only ones serious about this. Before Kelly's initial post here, finding info about the color diet had proven to be extremely difficult. But, here we are! I want to thank all of you for your kindness and support. We're making a difference here. Red power! Thomas

Hi Gregory or Kelly-Anne: I think the time has come. This thread has become long and loads slowly sometimes. This thread has turned out to be incredible for the amount of information and insight given here, but it may be time for The Rainbow Diet 2. It's marvelously appropriate that this is the 94th post on this thread. 94 reduces to the double number 13, a number of regeneration and change. So, in this 94th post, I'm putting the energy for change out there. Red power! Thomas
