I have a cold, and because of being all stuffed up and everything, I haven't been sleeping too well. This morning I woke up very late for work - slept right through the alarm (it was going off for two hours before I heard it). If you're late for work you get written up - I simply don't want to get written up (I was just promoted a few months ago, and that would look bad for me). I was running around getting ready, but nothing short of a jet plane was going to get me there on time. As I was driving to work, I ordained that I would be there on time. My watch, the clock in my car and the clock on my computer (where we log in - our time is "clocked in") are set for EXACTLY the same time, so I know where I stand on the drive to work. Well, I pulled into a parking space at 11:34 (I need to be in at 11:30), I ran into the building like a maniac, threw myself at my computer and signed in - I checked the computer's clock, it read - 11:30.

I still can't believe it worked.

I've tried to ordain being on time before, but it didn't work. I always wondered if it didn't work those times because I brought the lateness on myself (dawdling around instead of getting ready). I guess I now have my answer.

I meant to ask if anyone else had similar experiences.

Yes, yes, I've ordained it many times. This is my story--- It takes me at least twenty-five minutes to get to work-- if I want to stop for coffee, then 35, to be safe.

I never, ever leave on time. But I get in the car, and say 'I'm not looking at the clock, there's no such thing as time, and I have time to get coffee-- Invariably, when I hit the city, I have just enough time to get coffee-- I always arrive at work right on the nose-- Believe me, there is no way this should be possible-- the time in my car is wrong, for starters, and I won't fix it because I like having my own 'personal time zone'-- when its 5:30 in reality, its 3:17 in my truck-- I like that-- when I drive I tend to ponder questions, and I'll glance at the clock--whatever time it is, I figure out the numrological meaning & apply that to my question-- since the clock time in my truck is mine alone--

My friend Liz also commented to me that when she drives with me, we get where we're going fatser. She says she can't explain it, but we do,and she has never noticed this with anyone else-- and I swear I don't speed!! Not unless things are desperate!!!

Once, my computer had been broken for five months--the Cd drive was jammed, and no one, but no one could fix it-- It popped into my head that I should ordain it 'fixed'-- and I pointed my finger at it, imagined bright, energy flying out of my fingers into the Cd drive-- and then fiddled with it for three seconds & I fixed it!! The stuck CD came flying out, and its been fine ever since.

Ordaining parking spaces works too!!!

What an interesting subject! One of the reasons why I enjoy this web site is that it keeps re-minding me of things that work. I read an article years ago about visualizing a parking space and decided to try it. At the time I was living in Chicago. There was one store in particular where it was always hard to find a parking spot. It was a good place to try this new (to me) idea. It blew me away when the very first time I tried it, Some one pulled out right in front of the store as I was pulling up. Over the years I found that it doesn't always work. It depends on the strenght of my visualization. If I get that "winning feeling" as I picture something, it does work. And not just for finding a place to park. Not long after I started visualizing like this I found another use for it. I had just gotten a new car and had only one set of keys, the other set was supposed to be mailed to me in the near future. My husband was working on his car and discovered he needed another part. The store was about to close and I had to hurry to get there. I wasn't to crazy about driving in all of that snow, the roads were real bad. I got stuck once, but managed to get out of it and made it to the store just in time. I had parked about 3 or 4 blocks away. When I got back to my car, I put my hand in my coat pocket for the keys and all I found was the hole I had been intending to sew up. I went frantic. Went runing up and down the street looking for these keys that were on a ring with a white tag. Try to spot a white tag in a field of snow! After a couple of runs up and down the street I decided the only way I was going to find those keys was by "super natural" means. I stood by my car and visualized putting the key into the lock and opening the door. It got so strong than I could feel the keys in my hand. I slowly retraced my steps back to the parts shop and when I got there empty handed started to panic again. Told myS-elf that God, Himself, could be hollering into my ear and I wouldn't hear it through my panic. I calmed down again and headed back to my car, still searching. On the way back, I noticed what looked like a piece of garbage in the snow. Bent over and picked it up and the garbage turned out to be my keys. It felt like such a Miracle. I don't know what I was happier about. The fact that I had found my keys or the fact that I had worked a Miracle. I danced all the way back to my car. It's an incident that I would think of when other similar problems came up. If I could find those keys, I could do other things. I hadn't thought about this in a long time and I'm so glad you reminded me of it today. There is something going on right now that I need to use this on. I'm not going to say what it is. I read somewhere that when you are working on something important like this, it is best to keep it to yourself. You can loose power by talking about it. For now, I will keep it between me and my Higher S-elf. I want to thank you for re-minding me. Sometimes I forget how powerful I am.

I'm off to wander around Linda Land and see what other wisdoms are out there. It's a good way to keep myS-elf occupied while I wait for the bug man to come out and check for termites.

It's great to hear of manifestations/wishes/ordinations. I have small things work out all the time, but, sadly, have been waiting and waiting on the big things.

Ho Jovette! I decided a long time ago that the only way to get those "big" things was to not give up on them. Practice your power on the little things. Every time you succeed, you get a little stronger. Some things just take longer than others. A friend of mine just sent me word I find helpful. Present is pre-sent. Whatever I experience tomorrow, it will be what I sent myS-elf today; in the present. Just keep working on it, girl, and it will manifest.

I'm working on a project requiring a miracle too and I believe what you say about not talking about your plans. And the reason why this is so, the reason you can lose power by talking about what is so important to you is that the doubts of others can short circuit your miracles. It's true.
Remember, where ever attention goes; energy flows. So what you focus on expands. So just see what you want, happening. Visualize it before you go to sleep every night.
And just keep it between you, GOD, and the HIGHER ANGEL of your s-elf. And just let go of the doubts. If they crop up, don't resist them, because; what you resist persists; instead just gently let them drop away from your awareness and return your attention to your goal, seeing it clearly. What we can see CLEARLY is REALLY REAL.

I can't believe ordaing something to come true works for so many ppl!=)

Believe it or not, just today i ordained my higherself to find something I lost! To make a long story short, I misplaced my precious folder somewhere along the day..it had contained information for my intership such as directions and applications..and if i lost it, that was it. No more second copies. I was literally exploding with anger and frustration, because i misplace things all the time...Then out of pure desperation, I ordained my highself to find the folder for me...With the folder still vaguely in my mind, i went to my history teacher at the end of the day to ask about my grade(maybe i should ordain my highself to give me an A?). I looked on his desk and their goes my folder! I asked him where he found it and he was like "Is this yours?" He said i must of left it there, but considering i lost it before his class how could i have...weird, huh? actually now that i think about it..that's kinda scary...maybe someone found it and just gave it to the teacher? i dunno...who knows :P

Wow, Gohan, that's great! How did you feel when you got your folder back? When I made it on time, I felt this enormous sense of power and control over my life (it also gave me a little ego boost ). Was it like that for you?

I just felt as if a load of weight just jumped off my shoulders when i found my folder. I was incredibly happy and felt like i could pretty much do anything =) Man, when i get the chance to call on my higher self, i'm definitely gonna do it earlier...

I don't know why I haven't dropped in before, maybe because there are so many threads going now...but after I read your stories I would like to share mine

Two years ago, around Feb.25, there was a notable astrological event... DUH can't remember what...anyway. I was paying bills.
OUCH I was faced with paying one of two very large bills...to the tune of one grand.
Now, one was my mortgage and the other a credit card. So, I figure I'll pay the credit card and then borrow the money back to pay the mortgage. I make my decision and pay the credit card.
The next day...thought I'd give it a day...I call the credit card and find out I can't borrow the money back...as I thought I could.
Right after which I get a phone call that my check had bounced at my hairdressers.

It's going from bad to worse...fast! I decide to do a meditation and see if I can't get balanced before I go into the financial pit of depression. That's when I read the astrology forecast for that day...BIG Power Day.

About that time the phone rings. It's my X as of six months ago and he asks if I want to ride along and go to Santa Fe. I started to decline...you gotta' end it some time sorta' feeling when I thought why not? Do you some good to have a diversion after all the money problems. So, I said Yes.

En route we were approaching one of the Pueblo casino's...now, this is where it get's tricky. There was a well established power game that my X resorted to more than once. He would ask what I would want and then purposely make sure I wouldn't get it.

I casually gave the horoscope for the day...and ended by saying it would be a lucky day at the casino. Besides I really goofed up and needed a grand yesterday to pay my mortgage. His reply an ambiguous "We'll see"

My heart was racing on the return home. I had been faithfully quiet about stopping at the casino for fear it would trigger some negative response. I knew I was going to win.

I believe he knew it too! He waited until the very last moment to say "Oh, Did you want to stop at the casino?" It was said so OH HUM I wanted to scream...YOU DARN BETCHA' I DO!!!!

We walked in together and promptly went our separate ways. My favorite poker machine was sitting pretty with a vacant seat. I love to get inside the machines...they are such characters!

Twenty minutes later we walked out together.
I had one grand in my pocket.

This wasn't the first time I manifested or preordained nor has it been the last. What I know about the ability to achieve results has every thing to do with the INTENTION.

my story dates back about ten years. i am a firm believer in ordination. star signs and a few other books and tapes pave the way. i ordained my future (present) from the past - since time isn't relevant. i have a wonderful husband - couldn't have written a more concise list of wants, i will have my small new house in the country- complete with my baby (sweet siberian husky) coincidently, he was in my visualizations as well. it's been an arduous path, difficult at times - i've been led down some prickly paths- but i had faith and believed in a miracle. joy and wonder - linda is correct - expect a miracle, dreams do come true.

My mom was always said to talk people up
if we had not seen someone for a while but wanted a visit then the way to make them come and visit would be to remind my mom about them in some way and then she would talk about them for a little while. Stories, old memories and such well the thing is with in 10 days they would then call or visit lol she was born on the 10th of April and did not belief she had this power and was a worrier at heart so she ordained much of what she worried about.
I was out of work and deeply in debt no way to pay bills I suppose I should have been concerned I picked a date that I knew I would pay them by and sure enough an unexpected cash source arrived and I paid the bills in time.

I am again in that same position but I know that by the end of feb all will be settled in a BLessed way
the ordaining is good if you back up the words you reveal with a knowing that they are true.

also does anyone get any signs and synchronicity that helps to tell them that what they think is well is in fact well
for me it is roses and music.

I have a friend that when he wants to find or hear from some one he listens to a new radio station and then depending on the first thoughts that comes to him when he hears the music he knows when he will see them.
