The New American Bible and the Oxford Bible and many other bibles dont have a problem with the term astrology. The Catholic Church in general does not condem it. The book of Matthew 2:2 talks about "The Astrologers" in that same title. These were the three kings, magi, wisemen whatever they wish to be called depending on the bible you are looking at. The King James Bible and those based from the King James deleted the term Astrologers and gave them the title of Wisemen. Interesting isn't it?
Get any Catholic bible and the term is there. I know protestant churches dont like this but there it is. In Linda's book Love Signs she mentions how the Popes tub has ingraved the 12 signs of the zodiac and the largest astrological library is in the Vatican. More so I have a book written by a Catholic priest and he talks about the first astrology fascinated Popes. Don't get me started on religion and astrology I can talk forever. I have done lots of research. If protestants have a problem with any Greek Orthodox or Roman Catholic Bible thats their loss
and narrowmindedness. More than 1,000,000,000 people belong to the Orthodox and Catholic Church and the general church going people of these religions are aware of astrology.
Lets not forget that the 3 astrologers were spoken to by God and they obeyed him and went to pay homage to Jesus. God trusted them and they did as God told them. It is also believed by many astrologers that the 12 apostles were members of the 12 sun signs too. They were very different. Jeane Dixon well known celebrity astrologer in her books talks about Jesus and the 12 apostles including Linda in her books. Its just that it is important that we accept Jesus as our Messiah, our Savior. In Star Signs page 155 Linda
talks about how the name Jesus Christ and Jesus of Nazareth is one of the most revealing names she had ever calculated.
