I feel this vision may not be from Atlantis, or this vision is somehow blending in with what is happening**NOW**.
The dark clouds represent-fear.
The dolphins & whales are singing songs which broadcast the OPPOSING FORCE of fear...JOY. And the thunder and lightning are two opposing forces crashing into each other. The rain is cleansing the planet of the most negative thought form-fear;which Linda has stated before.Many others have also stated that fear is the most negative thought form.
The Shimmering Golden Light represents a collective rise in conciousness. And the dolphins are transcending the fear as they rise above the dark clouds ie; negative thought forms of fear.
Is this part of the song they sing to us?
YES, DOLPHINS SING SONGS OF JOY.
THEY ASSIST IN MAINTAING THE VIBRATION OF JOY. AS THE OCEAN TRANSMITS THEIR VIBRATIONS AROUND THE GLOBE AND THE VIBRATIONS ARE FELT AND HEARD TO HEAL HER & THEIR HEARTS.
WE ARE COLLECTIVELY TRANSCENDING FEAR & OUR JOYFULL INTENTIONS ARE SIMULTANEOUSLY CREATING QUANTUM WAVES OF LIGHT WE CAN RIDE ON TO MORE & MORE PEACE, LOVE & HARMONY. THIS IS WHY IN THE VISION THE DOLPHINS & WHALES WERE SMILING IN THE MIDST OF THIS STORM.

p.s. I have an idea for an experiment. Do you remember the Ediphone which Linda described in Linda Goodman's Star Signs?
I would like to place Dolphin & Whale Songs underneath it to see what kind of shapes they would produce. 
I would also like to add that LAFS should be stopped, they "sound" like LAUGHS, but if you examine "the word" more closely, if you see & not only hear the word...then the LAFS aren't LAUGHS or funny in any way. They cause conciousness or vibratory FALS(FALLS). In other words they are transmitted around the Globe by the Seas and cause HER HEART TO FAL-They cause EARTHS HEART TO FAIL. 
STOP LFAS.
