Q - 1. Is there one Higher S-elf PER Saturn Seven Cycle?
A- Sometimes the HIgher S-elf chooses at these "allotted times" to switch houses with another S-elf... swapping Temples with one another. Yes, one Higher S-elf per person per cycle... meaning, you won't have two Spirits occupying the same Temple at the same "time". Only the Soul is split.
Q - 2. What is the connection between soul pieces and Saturn Seven Cycles? Is it that a piece comes to you during these cycles? And a piece coming "home" at these "times"?
A - The connection between the souls pieces and the SS cycles - well, I'll just tell you this: 14 pieces... division of 7... Saturn SEVEN cycles... Saturn the major planet of karma (although other planets take a role in karma, Saturn is the leader, so-to-speak)... look at all those/these chances or should I say opportunities to re-member yours-elf... "when" you have more of you, you have.... I'll let you fill in the blanks. 
The second part of your question - yes, sometimes "a" piece comes home, or many pieces. Sometimes a piece leaves, or a few leave. This answer applies to question 3 as well.
Q - 3. Can one piece come "home" at a "time"?
A- Answered above.
Q - 4. Where Heath and Linda discuss the Thunderbolt Path of Accelerated Karma -- (p868 - "Spirit sending split pieces of its Soul to enter several Temples during one Time period or one level of awareness in order to gain a variety of Earth experiences more swiftly...near a time of possible approaching cataclysm") - isn't that just explaining the Saturn Seven Cycle? And doesn't that happen to everyone? I am confused b/c I know there is more to it than just that.
A - Yes! You've hit the nail right on the head! Spirit sends out pieces of its soul to SIMULTANEOUSLY experience many different situations... in the process trying to balance karma, learning lessons, etc. Isn't it nice to know we have this opportunity there for us? And yes.. there's always MORE.
