Spot, Do you remember as that boy, seeing visions of mermaids?
I'm getting a vision of a boy looking into a crystal & seeing mermaids at sea right NOW wherever he may be.

Perhaps mermaids are a collective soul memory of the transition period from being of the sea to being land mammals.(just a thought)
Or perhaps mermaids are real, they just exist in another dimension. The 'tween' and they can be seen just as can all fairies & elves, etc. at 'tween' times & 'tween' places. The 'tween'times being sunrise, noon, & sunset(Linda called these 'high power times'in Star Signs). And the 'tween' place to see mermaids is at the shore, where water meets land. I learned about the 'tween' times from Ted Andrews book about Faries.

ALL of U do know that mermaids can sing. Everyone has heard the stories of the sailors at sea hearing their beautiful melodies. This is also mentioned in the book, The Little Mermaid. and speaking of songs, singing & music...

I feel that MUSIC is very important in Lemuria.
In Star Signs Linda explains the power of sound. NOW most of the world has re-membered the power of sound, whether they realize it or not.
Also in Star Signs Linda talks about how Osiris levitated the stones of the pyramid into place by sacredly chanting particular frequencies of sound, a story I believe to be true or at least a very real possibility in spite of the fact that historians would not agree.
I feel that in Lemuria, they use music in this way also.

In the book "Love Is In The Earth" by Melody she speaks of singing crystals.
I used to have a singing crystal, but only one. Melody writes this about singing crystals..."They have a clear sweet resonance when gently allowed to touch one another...and
The sending of a clear light frequency through the crystals can assist one in contacting analytical beings of other worlds-both other planetary worlds and other dimensional beings. They have been used to bring communications from celestial beings."

After contemplating these words, I now feel that much of the history of Atlantis is literally stored in crystals. I also believe in the possibility of a person from long ago posse-sing this knowledge could communicate with us NOW. Of course people from the present can contact people from the past and vica versa in visions & dreams; as Spots' story demonstrated. Crystals can assist in this.

I feel that Atlantis wasdestroyed, but that Lemuria wasn't.I feel the entire civilization ascended and they are simply at a 'higher' or a different frequency or dimension and that many of us have been to Lemuria in our dreams(where there are mermaids ).
I'm not trying to say Lemuria is "Heaven". I just believe they exist in another "world". Or as another Earth. I feel that we are destined to the same fate of Ascending. rather than de-scending(as Atlantis did). I feel Lemuria ascended and Atlantisdescended.
I tend to agree with the many people who state that "Earth is in an Ascension Process" write NOW.

After a couple days without any SeaJ posts, it sure is good to come upon one. Thank you!

I just finished Shirley MacLaine's new book, and she had a lot to say about Lemuria, Atlantis, crystals, healing with music, and just about everything we've been talking about in the threads. (Even crystal skulls) I don't want to ruin it for people who want to read her book, but in responce to your post, Shirley claims that Lemuria was the most spiritual civilization ever, but she says that Lemuria, indeed, suffered a cataclysmic end, and that we have been in a state of DEscension ever since Lemuria. She also stated that Atlantis started out as an outpost or colony of Lemuria, which is something that Pat has been telling me for years. Something about that didn't resonate quite right with me, but how can I argue with either Pat or Shirley? Both of these women have exerted a great influence on me, and I consider them both to be great teachers.

I've never been able to touch any Lemurian memories, but I think that Shirley's book has opened a crack into my being. I had some serious deja vus while reading Shirley's accounts of Lemuria, and I am eager to find out where these lead me. Perhaps sometime real soon I can slip through those cracks.

I forgot. SeaJ, you did the numerology on Lost City of Atlantis, but I want to point out that the numerology on just Atlantis is a 22 just like Lemuria. 22 is a very very strong spiritual number. By the way, 'Lost City of Atlantis' is probably not what we should be looking at, since Atlantis was not a city, but rather a country or civilization. The capital of Atlantis was Alta, and that was the major city. Alta, by the way, is a 9. I did a bunch of numerology on sacred and holy places once--I'm not sure if I can find it--but I remember there were a lot of 22s.

The Edgar Cayce readings told Edgar Cayce that all the double numbers (11,22,33,44,etc) were very significant in his life, but especially 22 and 77. (Yes, the Edgar Cayce readings also spoke of numerology.) Apparently, the vibrations of the double numbers resonate in great harmony with the vibrations of Edgar Cayce's soul group. And that soul group of course is the Asamee.

I know I have read that Mu and Lemuria were separate civilizations and that Atlantis existed three times. Some of Lemuria is supposed to still exist above water and there is supposed to be a remnant of Lemurians living in Mt. Shasta, CA. I have been trying to put all of this together for you. I just have to assemble the various links where I have found the bits and pieces and then I will post them.

There is also a strong feeling I have that Sumer is involved here, perhaps as a link to Egypt from one of the others just mentioned.

And SeaJ and Donna, when I was corresponding with Ashie Nielsen last night she was watching a program on the Discovery channel about mermaids. I believe it is Mysteries of the Sea and it will be shown again at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 6th.

I believe what you say about Lemuria having a catclysm also.
I know Shiley was in Atlantis too. I've only read one of her books and I love it, but I can't recall the Title at the moment. In it she speaks of the party she had one night and she wore all white, and it was like Atlantis. It's been a while since I've read it. But after reading the book, I began using a water pick! ! ! !
Also, a short time after reading her book, and then watching Steele Magnolias, I truly felt what a master Shirley is. To play the part of a person so very, very, very foreign to her true s-elf, which I became acquainted with in the book, requires a very, very, very great deal of real talent, which Shirley definately has.
Anyways about Lemuria, I know Shirley is right because she's been on her spiritual journey to Ancient Worlds much longer than I have; at least in this life-time. And the same goes for Pat too.
As for me, I'm still green.
Now you have really made me want to read this book. I can hardly wait. !

It's just sad. I just really feel that there must be Ascended Worlds somewhere. Perhaps the Pleiadies is an Ascended World.

I know we will be an Ascended World soon.

Oh and one more thing Whitefeather, when I was doing the numerology, I kept getting my numbers crossed on The Lost City Of Atlantis. I kept staring at this phrase. Somehow, it just didn't look right, but I put it up anyways. Glad you cleared up the reason I felt this way.

Yes-- a couple of the pyramids had the upside down pyramid facing it. These pyrarmids were special ; they created a vortex [portal] for the ( time travelers) or visitors from other planets.

I should clarify something about time travelers. Time travelers travel into the past, present and future. These portals in the pyramids,where not for time travelers, were for priests and other VIPs.

The vortex was created by the negative and positive energies.

The priests and other VIPs were beamed (up) to other planets or areas, within the system.

There is so much to comment on that I'm a little non-plussed. I read the same information about Mu and Lemuria, and for some reason want to say I remember , but I don't KNOW if I remember. I just SEEM to remember. There is a lot of this that doesn't " make sense " to me , but each time someone steps forward with a part of the puzzle , a tiny portion of me responds . Atlantis , no ... hi all-one,
some of what you, dolphin2 , donna and seaj, say about pyramids does ring a bell with me. i do feel that there was lots of activity deep inside those structures.

seaj, i used to fantasize about being a mermaid; my mental pictures were quite detailed, but i can't say that it was anything more than my imagination. we'll probably find, when all knowledge is finally readily available, that all sea life, ppl and pyramids had a very special and open connectedness. that's the only way i can explain having interest in it all.

i'm a rock hound, and at times i really desire to become one with certain stones. i think of some of them as , singing. anne mc caffrey wrote a series called crystal singer. it's fictional, about a young woman who goes to a planet to mine precious crystals by singing them. i love that series, and always imagine myself doing such a thing. i would love to sing with some crystals. i will say this though: i know that there are crystal bowls available, that ppl use to produce meditative tones. one day some friends and i were watching a video that demonstrated a singing bowl. i knew that i didn't like the tone of the bowl, and i would have asked my friends to turn the video off, but they were really enjoying it, so i didn't. when the video finished, and i stood up to leave, my friend's dog raised its hackles at me, bared its teeth and growled menancingly. my friends couldn't understand what had gotten into the dog, but i knew. i'd felt that tone make a rip in my aura, and i knew that unpleasant entities were hovering around that crack, hoping to make it wide enough to get into me and make mischief. the dog sensed those entities and was disturbed. i went to my car and healed that crack; i had seen those entities and wanted nothing to do with anything dark. all of this is to say, be careful of the tones/tunes you listen to. if anything makes you feel uneasy, don't feel bad about not listening to it. i do believe that music was used in both lemuria, and atlantis, for healing, and lots of other things; be at peace using it now.

Tolkien re-membered Atlantis. He had nightmares throughout his childhood and well into his adulthood about Atlantis being hit by a GIGANTIC wave..and the island sinking.

Of course, we KNOW that Tolkien was Gandalf. He did a lot of re-membering for his stories. The Lord of the Rings and other books were memories from past lives.

I, too, have seen myself within the Lord of the Rings, on one of the battlefields.

Hmmm...I guess a thread should be started about Tolkien and what he meant to those of us who were there.

Spot I love Anne McCaffrey's books. I think Crystal Singer was my favorite. I took my niece to Arizona a long time ago and we went to a Rock Shop that had stones that chimed in perfect pitch when you struck them. It was right after I read the book, it was such a neat experience.

SeaJ I always see red skies when I think of Lemuria. So far, that is all I see, except calmness and serenity, but that I don't understand quite yet. Although, there is this memory that just came, of sitting on a hillside and leaving the body temple of me rather than wait for physical death.

Jupiter I cannot tell you how ashamed I am to admit that I never read Tolkien's books. That is soon to be remedied. My brother read them, so I asked him about them. I can't believe I missed them. Wonder where I was?

DaleLouise I read a long time ago that Lemuria was the first settlement on Planet Earth of extraterrestrials. They were tall and red skinned. That is why I thought the Papago Indians in Tucson were left over Lemurians. That tall Indian in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest was one of them and since I am tall, I always related to that.

White Feather I am still waiting for Shirley's book to come to Pa. It still isn't here!! I don't know what is in it, but I wonder if there is something about the ability to leave the body before disaster? I just get a feeling that a lot of them did that before any catastrophic event.

Don't feel bad, for I, too, have never read the Tolkien books. In way the heck too many years in the book business, hundreds, perhaps thousands of Tolkien books have passed through my hands, but I could never bring myself to read them. I started to read them several times--because I felt I should--but I always stopped dead in my tracks before I could even get to page one. There was always a sort of psychic force field that kept me from reading them. Maybe it is all timing. Maybe I will have a fun time discovering them in my eighties or something.

About departing the body before cataclysm, I will say that Shirley talks specifically about that in her new book Camino, so I will say nothing more about it so as not to ruin the joy of finding it in the book. As for the state of Pennsylvania, well you could have the book in 48 to 72 hours by going to the url below.

This gets even more interesting. We have noticed that we have often read the same books and have them in our libraries, yet I have not read the Tolkien books either.
Apparently it has not been time for us to do this. Like so many of you, I am drawn to certain books at certain times, not necessarily when they are first written.

Last weekend, I was given information by a friend about experiences she and her daughter have gone through that give information about how a soul group came in together and will leave together. I will use this information to start part 2 of this thread later today. I don't know whether this will connect with what Shirley has said as I haven't seen the book yet. It will be interesting to compare.

Hi everyone. I am loving this thread and I just wanted to add I too have had the Tolkien books and have never read them. I have no idea why because that's the sort of thing I usually like.
Dale, I've been reading sketches out of a book by Ruth Montgomery called the world before where she talks about Mu and Atlantis and also Cayce refers to the "things". Creatures half human and half animal and that this was what caused the fall of mankind and got us stuck in dense physical bodies controlled by gravity. Apparently before "the fall" we could travel like thoughts instantly. They also talk about disassembling atoms and moving objects like the heads on Easter Island-sounded very similiar to "Beam Me up Scotty." She also talks about the people of Lemuria living in caves and undergound to escape the large animals (dinosaurs?) and that the people from Atlantis came over in airships and helped rid their land of them. The people of Mu were more spiritually developed than the Atlanteans and educated their "things" while the Atlanteans used their "things" for slavery. Does any of this ring true for anyone? Has anyone else read this book?

I read all of Ruth Montgomery's books many years ago. I loved them and they led me to other books. I still have every one of them.
Yes, it does ring true. In fact, I believe the Atlanteans experimented with DNA splicing and created these half animal, half human creatures explicitly for use as beasts of burden slaves.

I believe my memories of that crystal Temple of Healing ( see Asamee thread ... I think Edgar Cayce called it the Temple of Beauty , or for some reason I think of it that way ... hehe) have to do with helping the " things" become " normal" and healing them .
