While remote viewing about two years ago, we encountered a "place" where delegates from all corners of the universe, or at least this corner of it, gather to discuss issues and try to resolve them. As usual, the Earth's governments declined to request representation so the council there named one. The Hall is an immense place reachable only by remote viewing or spirit walking. It is not a "real" place like Washington or Paris.

Never underestimate the close mindedness of the political leaders on Earth. Suppose you were Bill Clinton (God forbid Ron Reagan) and someone came to you and said, "Boss, we have to name a delegate to the GMH." He says, "What the heck is that?" Guy says, "Well... see it's this place in netherland and you can go there only if you remote view." Boss says, "what the hell is remote view?"

Well you get the idea. Course he was too busy with a young lady at the time, who DID volunteer to go by the way. :-)

I have very good sources who tell me that the govt never quit using remote viewing. I think nowadays they outsource it to companies made up of the old army guys(gals). I think also that the FBI is into it. Why shouldn't they use it? It's cheaper than the cost of one heliocopter!
