Greg and Crystal have the notes made for the book, but they were not in any form of book. Hence they have never been published.
So no not writters cramp. There are a few threads on this forum on the subject

After I read Gooberz, I tried to imagine what Linda could come up with for an encore and had a really hard time. Perhaps Gooberz wasn't meant to have a sequel. Gooberz is perfect and complete on its own.
