Very interesting, Donna! I especially like the link of Jesus to Zeus. Did you k-now that in English grammar when forming the plural of a word ending with an "s" that shows possession, it is allowable to use an additional "s"? For example: Boss's Day. I would just write Boss' Day, but the former is allowable, even though the learned would use the latter always. But a particular grammar rule states that it is NEVER allowable to use the extra "s" with two words (names). These are Jesus and Zeus!!!!!! This is a real grammar rule!!!!!! Interesting!!!!!! I was also shocked to learn that the speed of light (186,400 miles per second) is in the Bible!!!!!! I invited him to Lindaland to share some of his ideas with us. Peace.

Last night I had a dream that my book, "Behold a Pale Horse" arrived. Then, I woke up and remembered what the serpent race is. Have you read "Notes from the Cosmos" by Gordon Michael Scallion? He speaks of a race that was reptilian in nature that lived on a planet we now call Mars. The weather was cold, and as water sources depleted, the reptilian race had to move to a warmer planet. They moved to the planet we call Earth. If I remember correctly, other scientists have noticed Mars has a lot of crevices in it's land; the scientists believe these were water trenches.
Anyways, just wondering if you have read this book. It gives a lot of answers to the other questions as well.
I still can't wait for my book (Pale Horse)!

I can't believe you're here this morning! Do you have a beeper that tells you each time someone posts? Maybe you are not a real person, but an entity that lives on this website, so therefore can respond 24 hours a day?
I just went to that hidden meanings website. Some, a lot of it makes sense, but I just read what he said on Karma, and I do believe that we "pre-planned" a lot of our circumstances in each lifetime. He says that karma isn't our fault. I think it is; once we pass through each "test" that test is over; go on to the next.
Anyways, gotta go. I'll come back tonight.

I found that link last night while surfing. I was so caught up in it that I stayed there for almost 3 hours, just reading and printing.
What did you think about OS IRIS? Now, with me being in the medical profession, I could see that whole brain thing and oh boy, it made sense.
I'm not so sure I want to accept his version of Karma either, as I have heard before it is in our genes. I like it better when the reason I am suffering is because of something I did in a past life and I need to learn a lesson. That is more acceptable to me at this point in my spiritual seeking.

Donna, let's not forget that much of our "suffering" is directly related to our thoughts. We bring suffering on our S-elves regardless of Karma by negative thinking that attracts most of our negative experiences. Placing the blame on past life Karmic debt, we tend to feel that we deserve all suffering. Yes, let's learn from suffering, but let's place the blame where it belongs--upon our thoughts. We should all guard our thoughts carefully, for as a man (and woman) thinketh, so is he (she). Peace.

Yes, a lot of time it is how we react to others actions that causes us the hurts, our thinking in the negative.
But, and this is where I feel cheated in this lifetime, I could never have children. I spent the first 10 years of my marriage trying to have a baby. Finally found out I couldn't. I choose to believe this is karmic and my next life I will have 4 children. Then my (ex)husband runs off with another woman whom was pregnant with his child. I don't think you can imagine how that hurt. Especially since I didn't feel I deserved this kind of life, there had to be an answer and that is what led me to my reincarnation beliefs.
Oh, by the way, I have both those books. As a Man Thinketh and As a Woman Thinketh.

Donna, I feel terrible for you, for what you experienced. I can't write much right now.

Jovette, I am sending energy to your neck and back. Donna, you wasted a lot of thought energy on something that less enlightened people do without any thought whatsoever. IF your problems are NOT due to an upside down uterus, then you are correct--it IS related to past life Karma. It is a shame that teenagers who have no idea what Love is can reproduce like soulless animals. Have you considered adoption? It is likely your husband would have left regardless of any children. If it was meant to be it would still be. Meditate upon the good things that resulted from this situation. You learned much. You realized the Uni-versal Truth of reincarnation. And you STILL can have a child if you let go of the NEED to have a child. Ask Spirit to send you some One to Love. Genuine, pure, unselfish Love. Then, the two of you can adopt. What happens next may surprise you! I feel your pain, and I am keeping you in my thoughts. Peace.

What happened to me, occured 23 years ago. I have had a lot of time to mellow and forgive. I still speak to my ex, but what I realize now is that he was and is an alcoholic and a "sex addict". Maybe I should have adopted, but the one time I tried, the day before the adoption was final, the birth mother changed her mind. Needless to say, I was devastated. I never tried again. Whew, just too traumatic on the emotions.
Deathnomore, actually, it was due to a thick membrane covering the ovaries that did not allow for ovum to rupture out. It was something discovered when I was 16 but not treated until I was 25 because back in those days, good girls "didn't" and my doctor said it wasn't necessary to treat it until I was married. I really feel this was karmic. The reason, I did past life regression. I had many lives with my ex. I have all the Dick Sutphen Past Life Regression tapes, too, and I used them besides having it done by two different people.
A quick lesson I learned in letting other people live their own lives according to their choice. I worked in the E.R. for the first 17 years of my nsg career. When abortion was legalized, all the females to come in for them were routed thru the ER. I seemed to always be the one to be assigned to them. I asked one returning female, it was her 5th abortion, why she was killing her baby. I had her in tears, the director of nursing came down, I almost lost my job over it. What saved me, they knew I was going through all the fertility tests and surgeries, and the Dirctor of Nursing was a catholic and so I lucked out. I was angry that I couldn't get pregnant and here this girl got pregnant 5 times and killed them all. I was 29 at the time, now I am 55 and I have learned to feel it is the choice of each female as it is her own body to do with what she wants. I still don't believe in abortion, for myself, but I do not condemn anyone who has it. I just envy them that they were able to conceive, where I couldn't. Whew, I didn't mean to spill the beans and tell so much about myself. And abortion can be a really hot topic. I hope I didn't get off the topic of this thread. Well, karma, yes, I guess that was what started this.

Hi, Donna. I don't believe that abortion is "murder," but I am truly shocked that women can so easily terminate a pregnancy. Society's biggest problem is our lack of reverence and respect for Life. You never have to apologize for venting. And you should k-now that you can talk about ANYTHING on any threads that Deathnomore starts! There's no such thing as staying on topic with my threads! I also feel, your not being able to conceive is possibly karma. Did you ever read the back of Linda Goodman's Love Signs? It also explains your situation.
The other people you spoke of , who had abortions, you must remember, that that's THEIR KARMA. You can't compare yourself to others or judge what they do. People do the best they can, with the knowledge they had at that time. If everyone knew everything, and were perfect, they wouldn't be here on earth. You just have to remember that they have some type of karma to learn/grow through by becoming pregnant 5 times and choosing not to keep it. I'm not saying that I'm pro or con on abortion, I just want to make clear, that each person has HIS OWN KARMA and don't ever compare yourself to others. You have YOUR OWN KARMA and that's what you work on.

I cannot believe you quoted to me from the book you did. I have that book and have never read it! It has sat in my bookshelf for over 20 years. I have referred to it on occaision, but not for over 10 years.

Yes, what you spoke of, I learned, as I said, I think it is up to each woman to do with as she wants with her body, and what is in it, is her choice, her karma. I think one of my karmic lessons was to learn to not judge.

And Donna, you must let go of the envy and animosity you still store due to those that bore offspring when you could not. Life is still a wonderful gift, and the mere opportunity to balance such strong Karmic debt is reason enough to rejoice. You have had many children in the past, and you shall again. Our Soul chooses to incarnate not only for the joys, but we incarnate also for the pain. Sorrow and suffering is equally important for Our growth (if not more so).
