A question -- what is the difference between a "member" and a "junior member" beneath our nicknames?

I think is has something to do with how many posts we've made. I'm now showing up as a member, but I was only a junior member before!

That's it exactly. A new poster is first identified as a "Junior Member" -- after ten messages you become a full Member. A rather arbitrary distinction, to be sure, but the intention is to give newcomers some inkling of who the "regulars" are. If this is really annoying to anyone, let me know and I can change it.
