By any chance do you know how to remove the attention of porn-sites from ones E-Mail
Or better still how to completely disconnect any/all porn connections from ones computer

As you probably know I`m now starting up a Web-site of my own-and I really want this nonsense out of my life

I`ve asked everybody else

What would you do
...any suggestions?

Also one other thing
I`ve downloaded a Netscape system down onto my computer for smoother Browser use
As well as my previous Internet Explorer system(which wasn`t up to scrath)
But in the process I seem to have lost all my pictures onto Windows or somewhere
But when they reappear-The picture Propeties are all to pot and they just don`t load
I mean they`re mistyped in the properties box

I`ll get there eventually!

Hi ACE, some email systems such as Hotmail have a blocker on them,but they can only handle so many blockages. Mine already tapped out at 200 blocks a long time ago.. This goes to show the amount of crap out there.
Other email systems such as Excite have something similar now..Some junk mail that comes in can be replied to so you dont receive any more, but I havent yet found out how to block the porn.

I found that hotmail does nothing in blocking out porn...I think the best way to go is to get a private email which is paid...they seem to have better blockers for these things....

i'd recommend deleting any unwanted email you get. it's very effective.
building a site is a separate issue from receiving spam. i've built and operated several, several sites and haven't had the problem you're talkin' about. the spammers had to have gotten your email address from SOMEwhere, so, to reduce the risk of things gettin' any worse than they already may be, i'd recommend against entering your email address on any website that's questionable (which is completely your descretion).
i have two yahoo email accounts and get very, very little spam at either account. i get zero porn spam. however, i get two to five porn spams a day on my aol account (which i check about twice a month). again, if you simply delete the unwanted email, the spamming will stop. guaranteed. it may take a while, but it'll stop, nonetheless. if it DOESN'T, then there's a chance that someone may be signing you up for these mailings against your will and without your knowing. however unlikely, it still remains a possibility.
regarding the issue with netscape and your images, there's a slim-to-none chance one has anything to do with the other. you may try uninstalling netscape, checking your images, and re-installing netscape. if you're pictures are fine after uninstalling it, but get corrupted again after you re-install it, it's most likely a netscape issue and i would recommend sticking with internet explorer.
