Yes, Jupiter (and Saturn for that matter) will trine your Saturn and Jupiter this year.

In the equal house system, yes, all of the house cusps would be 28 - and that was the system Linda used. I for many reasons (and a lot of experimentation) have found that the Koch system works best when I do charts.
