I have heard that on March 16 all of the planets will be in conjunction (I believe it is called the Jupiter effect). Any validity to this? If so, how often does this happen and what are the ramifications of such a conjunction? Also, what sign would the conjunction be taking place in? Thanks

No they will not be all in conjunction on March 16th. The only real thing that will happen then is that Pluto will go retrograde that day.

Now, May 3rd is a different story... More on that later...
