Linda Goodaman is the only person I've ever heard that attributed signs to cities or countries. I NEED TO KNOW the sign attributed to the city of NEW ORLEANS a.s.a.p. as I have never been there and am moving there this month (on Leap Year day)!! Please, can someone help me?!

" 1718 is given for New Orleans
Penfield states that it wa founded by Lord Bienville in 1718.
Penfield gives Feb. 10,1718 rectified to 12:13pm---but
does not indicate how he arrived at Feb. 10.

Marianne Alexander, a resident of New Orleans, in her book
The Centaur Pholus, page 56 states:
The records show that the city of New Orleans was founded
as a city in October of 1718. The ship carrying the official papers
sank on its way back to France, leaving the birth date of the city
a mystery---which is how Scorpio likes it. I knew the City is a
Scorpio. How could it be anything else? It is surrounded by
swamps, ocean, rivers, and it is below sea level. etc.

Though her scholarship sometimes leaves something to be
desired, I agree with her in this case. Anne Rice is an icon in
the city. Also, few are aware of the projects that went on
in New Orleans to develop the AIDS virus. See

HA! Is that great or what? N.O. should be a great place for me. There's an astrologer who is published in the LA Weekly magazine, Rockie Gardiner (a.k.a Rockie Hororscope)who does "Hot Spot" charts. You can find out where in the world certain planets affect you. Los Angeles, where I grew up, is under Saturn and Mars and I've had a hell of a time staying strong and healthy here. Can't get ahead either. New Orleans is under Jupiter, Uranus & the Moon for me - presumably the luckiest place for me to live. We'll see!
People who are so skeptical about astrology never give it a chance. Astrology led me to take this plunge and move to New Orleans - and can you see how it's coming together? A Scorpio city! And me on the October cusp with Scorp. rising! HA! Should be great. If you don't mind, I will keep you posted, see how this little experiment goes.
