My brother (born on July 6, 1973 in Santa Clara, CA at 7:52 AM) has changed a lot lately. He has cut his hair and dyed it black <kind of sounds like a teenager thing> traded in his guitar for a gun and has not been the father to my niece that he once was. He used to be loving and very caring towards my mother and I but now he distant and rather cold. He seems to get annoyed by many of his old friends and family. My sister-in-law is very worried and distressed... Is there something going on that has made him this way??

There are no transits of any import going on, so I looked at the progressions, and found that the progressed Moon is just about returns to his natal Moon Pluto conjunction, which makes him very emotional to begin with. To boot, the progressed Saturn is squaring the progressed Moon and natal Pluto, probably setting off some limits.

The unfortunate thing is that this could really take some time for the Moon to go pass the natal Pluto and Moon (6 months) and the Saturn square to Pluto and the Moonis going to be there for some years to come - but at least the emotional tint will have passed on.

I wish I could be more positive - but I cannot be so.
