A Lovely Merc Retch ( as Ginny likes to call it! )

With Saturn opp Chiron....and right after the full Moon in Capricorn.....making the same polarity we had with the tsunami in December.

Merc stations tonight at 11:00 EDT in Leo.....part of a fixed T-square.

I wonder if that means more floods or maybe earthquakes???

It cj's GW's Venus too.....

Should be an interesting ride.

With the Saturn shift into Leo and Mars moving into Leo later on.....I wonder what kind of things we will see unfold in the next few weeks......and what might the Moon set off when it transits Taurus....

I ain't askeered......but maybe people in earthquake zones should be! Or GW now that Saturn has left his 12th.

Anyway...I figured we will need a 'Vent Merc' thread to keep us busy in the next few weeks.....so feel free to share!

Yes Dani....I felt it! I could sense it was coming without referring to an ephemeris....because wierd "wretch" stuff starts happening to me just prior to the actual regrograde motion....I noticed stuff happening yesterday - and - today!

....so I wasn't a bit surprised when you brought it to our attention! I'm thinking, "Sure - I knew that!"

Yes, the Leo energy has been apparent as well as retro situations happening already. I can only imagine what work at the resort is going to be like... computers, much communication and reservations!?!

Well... I hadn't felt the stupid Merc Retrograde at all until today when I came back from hanging out with a friend and I tried to turn on my laptop so I could start working on my paper, and it wouldn't turn on at all!!! Luckily though, I had the bright idea of taking out the battery and putting it back in, and sure enough, it worked. I hope it's not an omen for things to come though...

I am starting to feel much better and I like Mer Rx.

Yes... it lasts until August 16th... Now, the nice thing is that it will "catch up" over the ground that it retrod in only two weeks - so by Sept 1st, it will have caught up.

Merc Rx can be fun. People get all mixed up in their communications and it can be amusing sometimes.

Coors Country is fine. Beer's not my thing, but I'll bet it's good around here. We had a hot snap this week that was comprable to back home and my neighbor across the hall acted like he was going to die. I laughed heartily and told him to take off his long sleeved shirt and then maybe he'd feel better. However, I think the heat had already melted his brain, and so listening to logic wasn't an option.

How does August sound for getting together? I've been screwing up royally at managing to get where I'm supposed to get when I'm supposed to get there. Can I blame it on Merc Retch?

And Dani ... when I heard about the four Boy Scout leaders and their hired helpers trying to put up the big mess tent with metal poles directly under the power lines and dying right there in front of the kids ... I had to think perhaps they wouldn't have been so incredibly stupid and at least one of that bunch might have remembered the basic scouting axiom -- don't pitch your tent under power lines or trees -- if it hadn't been for Merc Rx. One of those beyond-stupid things from people who know better, but for whatever reason don't actually access their knowledge in the applicable situation. But what do you want to bet no other scout alive today ever forgets that rule again ... Sheesh.

August is fine... Not this week though. This is my finals week. Oh... Ah Dave...I've learned to embrace the rx.....and playing catch up always feels good......it's the rest of the line up that I am finding fascinating on this round.....

I've actually felt the Venus shift into Virgo more than anything......but that is more than likely because it is on such a nasty square for my hubby right now.....

Guess I picked the wrong month for sex..........

teeeeheeeee.....but I am sure when Venus moves into Libra
(right after Merc turns direct) I'll be able to make up for lost time....it will cross our lovely cj acs's....and my Venus as well!

In the meantime.....time to clean the file cabinets!

'Ria, I thought of Merc when I heard about the scouts too....and another leader was struck when he and some boys took shelter under trees during a storm out west.......
some poor little boy died too......

So...nope.......they forgot the golden rule literally within days........

We've had some freak fatal accidents around here too.......now That takes the funny out of the rx........I guess I'd rather watch the 'puters go down at the banks.....

I see the Rx everyday, and know enough to plan for it - expect delays....

Venus in Virgo is nice for me as well for reasons I won't go into...

BTW, Mars was in Aries - now it is in Taurus until beyond the end of the year! Yes, it does its retro!

Yeah.......but there's been some delayed reation for my Aqua loved ones......the Moon took them for a spin and they both lost their ability to speak slowly and not slur.

I figure my Aqua Moon kid ( who is up at church camp this week) is bouncing off the walls.

She gets real energized but with absolutely no direction during Aqua moons....and the fuller the moon.......well you know.

Her Leo sister is probably disgusted with her right about now.

I'm giggling because they're at camp....and I've done my fair share of Aqua moons with that child.

Personally....I am just lounging into that Libra Venus......now There it feels comfortable!!!

I Re- did all sorts of stuff during the rx....and now I am ready to roll on.

Yeah, I've noticed it too. It's like everything started going again... I finally heard back from people I should have heard back from weeks ago. None too soon either... I was getting bored.
